"if your not lizzie who the hell are you?" hope said.
"me i'm cassandra and you are?"
"hold on, you- what!"
"lizzie has a doppelganger" alaric said kind of questioning but still acting as if he knew everything.
"if your not lizzie, where is lizzie?"
"go and look where you found lizzie, i mean cassandra she might be there?" josie said. hope nodded and went back to the tree.

it was kind of tricky to find because this time she didn't have her wolf senses. she knew lizzie didn't remember and no longer cared for her but she still needed to do this, for her.

she arrived at the tree after some time, she has lizzies scent so lizzie must of been there or still be there.

hope noticed ropes around the tree so looked around the back of it.

she saw lizzie tied up in these ropes. she didn't look too good. she was sort of half awake half knocked out. hope used her wolf strength to rip the ropes.

she picked up lizzie and took her back to the school, as she clearly couldn't walk.

she brought lizzie into alaric's office and put her on a seat.

josie, hope and alaric looked back and forth at lizzie and cassandra. they was identical. completely identical.

"who is that and why does she look exactly like me?" cassandra questioned.
"i'm guessing your doppelgangers." alaric spoke.
"never mind why they look alike, how do we get lizzie out of this state?" hope said.
"i have an idea," josie said, "but, i don't want any of you here for it" alaric looked at josie giving her a no look.
"dad, please." alaric nodded and left the room with hope. cassandra was still there though.

penelope came down to alaric's office to see if he knew where josue was as she had been gone a while.

he stopped her and told her she was busy and didn't want to see anyone at the moment.

josie used a spell to wake lizzie up. black particles came out of her hand.

"are you going to tell your dad your using dark magic" cassandra said. josie looked at her and said, " no and he doesn't need to know if he found out her would be so mad you don't even understand, please don't tell him."
"bloody hell i won't tell him okay i don't even know you"

they all came into alaric's office again after josie told them too. penelope asked josie if she was going to go back. she said yes and told them to message her if anything happens.

after a few, lizzie came round for a little bit.
"hey dad" she said. she looked quite tired.
"hey lizzie,do you want to go to your room and get some rest?" she nodded. alaric walked lizzie to her room to make sure she didn't collapse or anything.

hope watched them walk out.

as hope was out to walk out, cassandra said, " you like her don't you," hope didn't say anything, she just looked at her. "i was in love, once. we started getting attacked by something and then they left me for dead."
"oh i'm so sorry that happened" hope said, " i really should be going" hope said and smiled briefly.

hope got her phone out to message josie.

hey lizzie is okay:)

"oh no" hope muttered under her breath.

hope went back to her room, got changed into her bed clothes and got into bed.

after hours of rolling and turning around in bed, she finally got to sleep.

A/N
i know cassandra was in a completely different time but i thought it would be intresting to bring her in. and i know sebastian did love her and try to save her.
