Navya knocked on Nandini's house main door, the next morning.

The door was opened by a well built man with black eyes.

"Hey Harshad! " Navya said as she gave him a hug.

"Hey Navya!" he replied while hugging her back.

"Did you get me anything while you were in California?" He asked.

"Nope, and I wasn't planning on it either. " Navya said as he let her enter inside the house .

"waah Navya... Souvenirs only for your best friend and nothing for her brother, you hurt me so much." Harshad fake cried and then went to close the door.

Navya rolled her eyes watching Harshad's melodrama early in the morning. After that she turned around and walked towards Nandini's bedroom, while Harshad went inside the kitchen to have some breakfast.

Once she reached her room, she knocked on a door that had a sign on it which said 'Nandi'.

"Wait a minute," came the responds from the other side of the door. After a few shuffling noises Nandini opened up the door wearing a black spaghetti strap tank top, green shorts, and bunny home slippers.

"morning Navya , I thought I heard you outside in the living room. " she said as she opened the door wider so that Navya could come in the room. When Navya enter the room Nandini closed the door behind her.

"Yeah I was just talking to your idiot of a brother. " Navya replied.

"oh! What was he saying? " Nandini asked as she moved stuff off her bed to make place to seat comfortably.

"Nothing, just his usual melodrama like always " Navya said, making Nandini shake her head on her brother's stupidity.

" Oh before I forget, here's your souvenir sweetheart. " Navya said, holding a white rectangular box.

"Awww... Thanks Navuuu!" Nandini said as she hugged Navya and went to open up the box.

"Oh no problem. When I saw it I automatically thought about you," Navya said while she sat on the study desk's chair.

Nandini sat down on her bed and began to open up the box and saw a key chain and a pink and black T-shirt both her favorite colours. The key chain had a beautiful looking firefly hanging which will start glowing in the dark just like a real one. And The shirt said,' Touch Me' on the front and 'I will cut you' on the back.
