Nandini read the message Navya has sent her about three times.

Thinking the worst, Nandini quickly texted back, 'Oh My Aiyappa ! Did you two break up? Did he hurt you and break your heart ? That idiot, I'll kill his big fat ass!'

While waiting for her reply, Nandini got off of her bed and went to her wardrobe to get her pajama for the night which was a lose blue t-shirt and black cotton pants.

Nandini was about to dress when her phone vibrated signalling that Navya had responded to her text, which stated, 'What?! No. calm down Nandini. Nothing of that sorts happened, it's just my parents...' Nandini sighed with relief when she realized that her friend wasn't heart broken.

'Why, What did they do? Didn't they like Cabir? Are they not happy with your guys relationship? If not then I will help you to convince them to accept you guys, don't take tension girlfriend when your Nandi is here.' was the set of questions Nandini asked next.

Nandini set her phone down on her bed and was getting ready to go to the bathroom to take a bath when her phone started to ring. Confuse at who has called, Nandini walked back into her room to check and see who was calling her. She rolled her eyes at seeing the callers name.

Answering the phone she said, "Yes." While walking into the common bathroom with her clothes.

"Wow you sound so nice over the phone I should have just kept on texting you." was Navya's reply.

"ya whatever... get to the point and tell me what did uncle aunty say, so that I could tell you what happen with me after college. " Nandini responded while keeping the phone on the marble slab nearest to the shower and put it on speaker mode. After that she stripped down and started the shower.

Navya huffed a sigh and said, "it's actually the opposite okay... " listening to which Nandini frowned a little while Navya continued, "So we were having a good dinner just me, my mom and dad, and Cabir with light talks and Cabir's pj's . My brother was not present since he had some work that day. Anyways back to the story, so we were eating when suddenly out of nowhere my mother India brings up marriage. Really mom. I'm just 19 I'm nowhere near ready to get married. And my father like an obedient good husband agreed with everything she said and was like ' Yes beta, please take care of my little girl and if you ever hurt her then it will be your last day on earth.' I almost had a heart-attack while hearing my parents talk and Cabir almost choked up on his food when my mom brought up how many kids are we planning to have after marriage. Like seriously what is wrong with my parents, It was so embarrassing... Goddd! , dammit this meeting was supposed to introduce my boyfriend to my family, not talk about marriage and family planning. I was so nervous and afraid that Cabir doesn't faint or worse leave me after meeting my crazy parents, as he was so shocked that he couldn't speak a single word after that, he only nodded his headed to whatever my parents went on saying for the rest of the dinner.
