Chapter 37

I ended up sleeping at Jieun's place.

"Can I" I asked referring to the closed curtains

She turned around looking at was I was pointing and nodded

"My eyes it burns" She muttered kidding around and forced herself to look at the other side and covered her face with the pillow and I finally had the chance to look at her

My eyes grew wide when I saw her photograph on the side table. I quickly scooted to her side and grab the frame that made her startled.

"This is embarrassing" she exclaimed as she hid the photo frame on her back

"Shh" I hastily covered her mouth with my hand

When our eyes met together I felt a sudden shiver prickled on my spine. She stood up and took a step away from me so I followed her.

I did everything without breaking our gaze off. "W-what?" she mumbled and her voice hitched when she lost her balance and fell conveniently on the bed after minutes of circling around my room

I can see her panicked but still I didn't stop moving forward as I crawl towards her until my whole frame hovers on top of her

"Let me just" I told her while I make my hand slowly move behind her back. She's trying to hold her breath and swallowed a hard

My heart leap when suddenly I felt her skin behind her waist rather than the frame without breaking her gaze over me.

I couldn't think.

I couldn't move.

"Finally" I said in contentment as I smile and wiggled the frame in front of her face then quickly pulled herself up

I examined the photo on the frame. It's her when she was still a baby wearing a ridiculous funny costumer for her school program.

When I was out of trance I then finally asked myself.

What did just happened?

Leaving Jieun's house left me in daze.

I closed my eyes catching my breath, trying to compose myself.

What did I just do?

What was all that?

Coming back home around 11 in the morning I was greeted by Jennie who was hastily leaving

"Don't do anything stupid until I'm back" Jennie ordered before she left

We all furiously nodded because we're definitely scared of her but after that I went to my room to continue sleeping again.

I was awaken with a soft knock on my door.

"Lisayah! Wanna binge watch
Jisoo excitedly asks, I groan quietly as I force myself to get up from bed

"Yeah, yeah. Okay, sure. I'll come out in a big" I fake my excitement

"Okay" I heard a faint okay as she walks away

I slowly got off my bed and begin to make my way to the door. I grab the handle and took a deep breath, trying to compose myself.

I gently open the door and made my way to the living room. I gasp at the sight when I saw Chichu and Chae already starting without me as they are in the middle of episode 1.

"Yah! Wow! You already started without me?" I ask in disbelief, they replied with a shush and pulled me down on the couch to sit enjoying what they're watching

I shake my head and laugh at their silliness.

They suddenly screamed that made me squealed and jerked from my seat, causing the both of them to snicker quietly happily looking at me with their #OurPrankIsASuccess. I love and hate this two losers.

We were already at the last season with 2 episodes left.

Wow we really binge watch the whole day but look on the brighter side we've been productive cause we finished a series!

We should have a degree on this. Or better yet where can I apply for this kind of job?

I noticed it was already dark. I stretch my limbs, yawn and glance at the losers who's still has the energy to last another season.

"I'll be back and get some popcorn" I say. I stood up, glance at them and begin to chuckle quietly to myself, seeing them super engrossed to the show to the point they didn't even bothered to respond.

I shake my head and begin to walk towards the kitchen.

While I was at the kitchen I heard the door opened and definitely she was greeted by ChaeSoo's binge watching at the living room.

J's home.

She's finally here.

My rest and my peace.

"I have some news" she excitedly said the moment she entered the kitchen. "I wanted it to be you who knows it first" she added while giggling

Lisa purred whilst battling the smile forming through her lips, a force smile.

Everything then went blurry. Suddenly my ears started ringing and it starting to push all the sounds away as I hear silence.

The kitchen place suddenly spinned, the floor dropped out, the air suddenly became thicker, poor Lisa swooned she couldn't breathe, her eyes began to tear up as she tried to stammer some excuse to get away.

"Wait, exucse me" Jennie said as she receives a call and with that the later immediately gestures and excuses herself because she has to go.

I'm still in shock.

After a while I then heard screams in excitement. Me here thinking Jennie already said the news to the pinks.

I zoned out.

I have no idea what to feel.

I'm suddenly numb.

"Here's a list of all the stupid things they did" Rosie's loud voice that you can hear across from the kitchen

"..." then a pause as Jennie murmurs. "This has 12 pages... and double sided?!" she exclaimed which got them all bursting into laughing

Here I am still on ...

"Done dating so we're official! I already said yes tonight"

Fuck.

I shake my heard and begin to walk towards my bedroom but before I can open my door, I frowned slight. Will things get back to normal?
