Katsuki's POV
I was completely in shock.
Izu likes me. IZU LIKES ME!!
I was still processing the fact that I said "back" out loud.
But that thought was quickly overridden by everything Izu just said. All the things he new from over the years, I didn't think he noticed. I didn't think anyone did. Has anyone else noticed those things?? No, this is Izu we're talking about.
But more importantly, he just confessed to me!!!
Shit... I DIDNT REPLY!!!
Somehow I was only just comprehending that I had been completely entranced by his confession that I was still processing when he left.
He LEFT!!
SHIT! I've fucked up big time. What if he hates me now?!
...
I knew I couldn't leave it like this so I ran after him. I was running as fast as I could through the halls to his room to apologise. I ran up the stairs to the second floor, knowing the elevator would take to long.
As I turned down the hall of Izuku's room and neared the door, I couldn't help but hear sniffles.
I panicked.
I sprinted up to the door and throw it open, rattling the hinges. what I was met with was horrifying.
Izuku was on the floor crying at the end of his bed, his legs pulled up to his chest as his arms wrapped around himself.
I was by his side in an instant
"Im so sorry Izu!" I shouted as I slammed ( and locked, knowing the extras are nosy as fuck) the door and hugged Izu in a matter of seconds.
