Namjoon was an aspiring rapper and Seokjin an aspiring singer. They both attended an award show and Jin is very upset to find that Namjoon won first place instead of him. He brags about how he was supposed be the winner on twitter and Namjoon sees it and subtweets him.
Their fans see the beef on the tl and begin shipping them but they are both repulsed by the idea. That is until they actually meet at another award show and become absolutely shocked by one another.
