Huening Kai lived a pretty normal life. He was in his junior year and couldn't wait for the dreadful year to be over. He enjoyed simple things like playing video games, drawing and hanging out with his best friend Taehyun.
Taehyun had a small crush on his friend but never let it grow as he assumed the older was straight. Truthfully, Kai wasn't really sure himself. Everybody always just looked the same to him. There was nothing special about anyone.
That was until he met Soobin. They met when Yeonjun, his neighbour, came to pick up his younger brother Beomgyu, and Soobin decided to tag along. Soobin was in college at the time but that didn't stop Kai from making a move on the older.
They grew close as Kai always made sure to spend time with him. Soobin thought of Kai as a cute little brother he never had, but Kai hated it. He was determined to make the older his.
