"Happy?" Peter questioned, shocked. "Happy what are you doing parking near a dodgy alleyway by my school?" He asked, rising from his spot in the alleyway and walking towards Happy's open car window.
"Tony wants to see you, you aren't allowed to skip school." He declared, winding back up the cars glass. Waiting for Peter to get in.
Peter stood in front of the closed car door, hands in his soaked jeans pockets- looking from left to right. Thinking if getting into the car and waiting for the wrath of Tony would be the best idea.
The window re-opened.
"Peter, we aren't discussing this. Get in." Happy ventured.
"Happy, now really isn't the best time, I've had a really bad morn-."
"Get in."
"Happy would you please just listen to m-."
"Peter Parker get in the car."
"Happy would you listen to me!" He sobbed, rain still pouring down, clouding his eyes and soaking his hair.
"I will listen kid, just get in the car." Happy enthused, rolling up his window once again and reaching over to open the passenger seat door. "Get in the car Pete."
"Happy-" He pleaded, stepping back into the alleyway.
"Peter Parker, do not make me call Tony." He rasped.
"I'm sorry." He croaked, turning away and picking up his now wrecked books. He set off down the street for Delmar's. Peter knows a place round the back, he thought he could maybe do an early patrol. So he started walking away from Happy, hearing his yells as he got further away from him.
Incoming call from: Tony Stark
{Peter Parker POV}Oh god not now, please no. Don't make my day worse. I fell back onto the alleyway walls, trailing down and slumping on the floor. Picking up the phone.
"Mr Stark?" I rasped, wiping my sweaty hands on my jeans and switching my phone over to the left hand. "Mr Stark, hi."
"Underoos, why did you ignore Happy?" He questioned.
"Look, Mr Stark. I'm just having a really bad day an-." I got cut off, again.
"That's not a great excuse kid, go back to Happy. He's going to drop you off at school."
You know that feeling, where you're having an awful day- And just one word, one normally innocent word just shoves you and makes you completely lose it? And you don't even know why you're getting so mad, you just are. And then things spiral so out of control and you regret it all a moment later, but it's already happened so now you have to deal with it? Yeah well, for me- that was Tony Starks call.
"Look, Mr Stark. I can't do this right now, no one is listening to me. No one really understands whats going on right now an-."
"Kid let me hel-."
"NO! No, Tony. Oh my god, this is- this is- I can't do this I can't I ca-" I hang up the phone and launch it towards the opposite street wall. Smashing it almost instantly.
Oh no, oh god please no.
May can't afford to get me another phone. I need a phone!
I immediately get up and trail over to the smashed phone, lying on the floor. Picking it up and collecting all the small broken bits of my Sony Xperia.
I can fix it, I thought to myself. As I shoved the pieces into my sandwich bag.
I just need to relax. Come on.
"Penis Parker! We meet again."
My head shot to the direction of Flash and his friends, what are they doing out of school?"Oo, naughty Penis Parker. Missing school. Trying to be a cool kid eh?" He stalked closer to me.
"Trying to be like me?""You aren't cool." I snapped, immediately regretting it and letting my head hang.
"You little cunt-"
My ears rang in excruciating pain as Flash punched me right at the side of my head. Hitting my senses and causing flames to irrupt through my skull. I fell to the floor, and tried to collect the books that had dropped from my hands.
Resist the temptation to round kick him Peter, resist that temptation I thought. Chuckling to myself at how easily it would actually be to beat him in a fist fight.
"Whats funny penis." Flash spat.
I stayed quiet.
"I said what's funny." He seethed.
Nothing, nothing is funny. Say nothing Peter.
But how? How could I say nothing when clearly this whole situation is a joke. Look at me, Spiderman. Crime fighting spider, whatever! It doesn't matter because I know I could kick this guy in the jaw if I wanted to. And I know I should, I know I should stand up for myself but I can't. And why's that? Because I couldn't then, so I shouldn't now. Maybe everything would be easier if that spider just chose a different guy."Nothing, nothing is funny." I replied, head hung low.
"That's what I thought," He gave a final kick to my stomach, "tell your buddy Spiderman I said hi." He mocked, stepping over me and continuing to walk the other way with his friends.
I sat up against the wall, jeans wetting due to the rainy floor. I wiped my hands across my shirt and continued to pick up my books, normally I would just return home at this point. But I hung up on May, and I hung up on Happy. Man, I even hung up on Mister Stark so if even one of them saw me, I wouldn't be leaving the house once I got in ever again.
I just need to get back to my room without being spotted, grab my suit and run.
