"I can't believe we did that! How could we do such a thing, we fucking lost control," Liv yelps abruptly standing up from sitting on the bed that I am now lying on.
"It's not that big of a deal. Just a kiss," Noting to try to make her feel better.
"Just a kiss?! You wouldn't understand..." She wailed voice cracking. Her cheeks glow red and thoughts croaking. Liv's going to cry. Face turning pale and eyes filling up with tears. I don't have anything against girls crying in front of me, it just makes me feel uncomfortable or awkward.
"Hey hey! You can talk to me about it. I won't tell a soul I promise," I cheer, trying to calm her down.
This is what I say to Debbie or Fiona when they get sad like this. I think I'm good at listening when I'm not getting into trouble(or breaking the law). I'm a lady's man. What can I say?
"It's just... I've never really had a first kiss before. Not that I remember anyway, because I always blackout and go wild like this," She stutters.
When I first met her last night I thought she was confident, carefree. Now though I see she's more delicate, fragile.
"I know how you feel. The past year I got into the wrong crowd, but I can't change my past..." Confessing to her. There are a few moments of silence. Liv's probably thinking either of how I don't get it, or what crowd I hung out with.
"Thanks, it feels good to talk with someone who gets it," She sighs.

There's much more to her than I can see, she has thick skin. Liv then comes closer to me and lays down on the bed to my right. I can feel the relief in her body as she sinks into the sheets.
"God, I'm exhausted," Informing her and a weak smile escapes from her round pink lips. Looking at her up close I see there's an eyelash under her wet eyelashes. Carefully rolling over to wipe it from her face.
"Make a wish," Grinning as I hold this tiny eyelash between my fingers. She blows carefully and closes her eyes.
"What are we gonna do, everyone thinks I'm a slut. And you a player..." She gulps looking back up at me. I don't mind being called a player, but I do want to be around Liv more and definitely kiss her. So if this the way, then let it be.
"Easy. We'll tell them we're dating." Affirming her. I try to make her feel safe, open up to me.
"That's so easy huh?" She says turning her head to face mine so we're face to face. I can smell her vodka breath from here.
"Well, I'm sure we already convinced more people, thanks to your story," I reveal while fiddling with a string hanging off my tee shirt.
"How did we even end up in these clothes," I think out loud.
"No idea, maybe your sister knows. Ask her when you get home," Her voice is soft as she responds to my comment.
We're still facing each other, so close yet so far. She wasn't like this last night. Liv was definitely playing hard to get, for sure. Maybe I really do like this girl. Uh, I sound like a fucking simp. Before I can say anymore, Liv rolls onto her back staring at the plain white ceiling.
"Tell me about yourself," Asserting to try to capture her attention again. Liv sighs quickly, still looking up.
"Well. I'm an only child and was a good girl until my dad died. Then I started drinking and stuff...Anyways I've never been a teenager before. When I'm not blacked out I'm going to church or in study groups like my moms trying to heal me from my sins. Perfect grades, perfect life. You know?" She releases out.
"I actually don't know. You see I'm the bad boy. The one how everyone is scared up, crossing the street when walking near anyone. I like being by myself sometimes, anyone I ever like gets hurt or screwed over... Sorry, I don't know why I'm telling you this-" I start to say but Liv cuts me off before I can finish.
"Hey it's ok, you can talk to me. I feel the same way," Finally making eye contact me and makes a hesitant smile. Then I notice she's now holding my hand, gripping it back and squeezing.
An idea pops into my head. Rolling over on top of Liv. I'm sort of in a plank position, I don't want to crush her. HAH. I've seen Lip do this to girls before, and they seemed to like it. So I guess I learned a few tricks from my brothers. Then, taking my shirt off again, revealing my bare chest.
"Oh?" Liv whispered. I can't tell if she's enjoying this or feeling awkward.
"How about we try that kiss again?" I propose. Liv slowly backs away her face deeper in the pillow though, her cheeks getting redder by the second.
Trying to lift myself back off her since she seems not to be in the mood. Gabbing the bed frame for support. BANG!
"Shit! Be quiet, will you! My mom's sleeping downstairs," Liv hisses carefully. I must have pushed too hard against the door frame which made a large bang.
To the worst of luck, the door bursts open, and two shadowy figures step out. It's still dark from the early morning light, Liv's fairy lights string across her bed frame are the only light that emits from her room. As one of the more masculine figures step forward in the small light I recognize him immediately.
"Frank? How did you find me?" Questioning confusingly as if Frank had followed me to Liv's house.
"I should ask you the same thing!" Frank responds to me. What does he mean, he has no right to be in Liv's room, let alone her house! How does he even know Liv?
"Well, at least you two found each other," The other figure steps into the light and I see that it's Shannon. Looking back at Liv she looks just as confused as I am. Except she has one eyebrow raised, I can't do that.
"What was that noise?" Shannon interjects, she looks pissed. I need to come up with a lie fast.
"Uh, it was just my alarm clock, it fell!" Liv lies. Nice one!
"Put a shirt on will you! And get out of her bed, there's a spare room for you downstairs," Shannon responds. Wait for what? Shannon lives here? Am I missing something?
"How do you know him?" Liv asks, raising her voice, she's probably expecting the worse. Just as I expect. Deep down I think I figured it out, the truth.
"That's Carl Gallagher, your going to be stepbrother,"
