May always felt like she didn't belong here in jhoto and she was proven right when she won no contests for 5 months

'there is no way Drew will be willing to fight me like this' May thought about her crush. ' he seems so good at everything about contest battles. He doesn't deserve a rival that can even win a single contest, I am better of leaving contests and this region forever'

May went to her friend Solodad an told her that she was leaving." WHAT!!!!!!!!!!! May you can't do that" Solodad exclaimed. May explained that Drew doesn't deserve a rival like her. 'ohhhh so there is only one person who can change her mind' thought Solodad. She then said" well I guess I can't make you change you mind, May." "thanks for understanding Solodad." May said. "I will be leaving this afternoon so I can make it there by tomorrow." May said. "well then I guess this is good bye, see you may." "bye Solodad" May said.

After May left Solodad dashed off to tell Drew.

"Drewwwwwwwwwwwww." yelled a voice. Drew turned around, not an easy task when you are trapped by fan girls. "Solodad, help" Drew yelled. Solodad charged in and dragged Drew in to a room. They barcated the door with furniture hoping to stop the mob of fan girls.

"thanks Solodad, I own you one" "then you can help with my little problem" solodad explained what was going on.

"WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT, May can't just leave like that!!!!!!!!!" Drew shouted. " I know but I think you are the only one who can change her mind." Solodad said. as soon as she said that Drew rushed out the door, though the fangirls and out the pokemon center. "oh well there he goes I hope he can get there in time, the boat will be leaving soon." Solodad said.

May sighed as she was waiting for the boat to arrive. "the boat for hoenn has just arrived" the intercom shouted. 'well I hope that Drew will find a better rival' May thought. "MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY" someone shouted. May tensed up she recognized that voice! It belonged to her rival and crush."Drew?" May asked "why are you here?" " I came to stop you, thats what." Drew said clearly annoyed. "Why May. Why are you leaving?" Drew asked. "Well..." May took a deep breath,

"I have not won a single ribbon for 5 months, I miss my family, And you probably don't care about me as a rival." May yelled. Drew had a surprized expression on his face. May took a another deep breath and closed her eyes. She was positive that he was going to yell at her but then she felt something warm on her lips.

She quickly opened her eyes and was shocked to see Drew kissing her. When he pulled away he wrapped his arms around her waist and whispered in her ear "of course I care about you, no one could replace you May. I care for you more than anything cause I...love you."

May was shocked at this but said " well I think I will stay now." " good I could never live with you away from me." Drew whispered. "Well lets go and get roomS at the pokemon center for the night." ( there is a reason that I capitalized the S in rooms)
