Killer was hit with a sudden wave of confusion as they arrived in a quaint little living room. Cross looked around and mumbled, "god I sure hope hes here."
Coincidently the person Cross was looking for walked out of the kitchen with a mug in hand. They took a sip of whatever was in the mug and sighed, not long after they caught sight of Cross and Killer. The mug crashed to the ground spraying liquid that looked like coffee and broken bits of glass everywhere, "Cross!?"
Cross sheepishly smiled, "hi Dream..."
Killer's mouth soon fell open with absolute shock and disbelief, "you just took me to the Golden Boys base!? Cross are you insane!?"
Cross laughed nervously, "ha...maybe a little..."
Cross then cleared his throat and looked at Dream, "I know it's a lot to ask but I was wondering if you could do me a favor?"
Dream sighed soon bringing his hand up to rub his tired eyes, "hmm let's see. First, you kidnap my best friend and the only person in the entire multiverse that could make me tolerate Ink. Second, you act like every thing is normal and I'm just supposed to be Mr. 'Oh you kidnapped my only reason of living? Sure that's perfectly okay! Have a gold medal for not even trying to stop whatever the hell happened'. And thirdly, you just barge into my house for absolutely no reason and think that I'll just automatically help you?"
Killer decided to break the tension in the room by nudging Cross and whispering, "he's got a point y'know."
Cross frowned and looked back at Dream, "look I know your upset about what happened, and frankly, I'm kind of in a mess at the moment and even if I wanted to free Blue you know I couldn't of! It probably wasn't the best idea coming here but please Dream, I really need your help on this one."
Dream stared and Cross for a while before finally sighing, "fine. But you better make sure Blue gets out of there without a scratch on his body or I'm coming for you with intentions to kill."
Cross nodded and repeatedly stated 'thank you' as Dream lead Killer into his bedroom and pushed him into a chair. Killer squirmed while Dream started to unwrap Cross's belt with earned Killer a slap, "stay still. I can't do anything if you keep moving around like that!"
Killer scoffed, "sorry. Its kinda hard not to move around when your being so rough!"
Dream eyes snapped up to meet Killer's empty sockets, "maybe, I wouldn't be so harsh if you weren't moving around so much! Ever think of that?"
Killer gulped as Dream stood up and wiped his blood soaked hands on his pants, "I'm going to get some bandages. You better sit still."
As Dream left the room Killer eyed Cross who was standing in a corner. Killer frowned and a smirk formed on Cross's face, "I thought Ink was the mean one! This guy is just....terrifying."
Cross snickered and folded his arms over his chest, "I guess you could say it runs in the family."
Killer looked at Cross obviously confused, "what?"
Cross waved him off, "just forget I said anything."
Killer fell silent finding that he no longer had anything to say. So instead he decided to look around the room. It was an average room, a bed, a desk, a wardrobe, and a simple nightstand with a simple lamp. What did catch Killer's eyes was a picture frame that was placed on the nightstand. It had a worn photo placed inside. It looked to be a picture of two skeletons, one of then had their wrapped around the others shoulder. They were both smiling. What intrigued Killer about is that they were standing infront of an apple tree. Though that bit of the photo had been slightly burned off so he couldnt see it very well.
Though his examining was interrupted when Dream came back in the room with some bandages. He also happened to come back looking even angrier than before. Dream plopped down infront of Killer and sighed, "can you take off your jacket?"
Killer looked at Dream, "excuse me?"
Dream mumbled something and glared at Killer, "are you deaf or something? I said take off your jacket! I cant heal all of the wound with your jacket on!"
Killer grumbled curses as he slipped his jacket off. Cross was snickering in the corner which irritated both Killer and Dream.
When Killer stopped making a fuss Dream brought his hands up and hovered them over Killer's wound. A faint yellowish glow came from them, as well as a horrible sting. Killer yelped causing Dream to jump, "what was that for!?"
"You didn't say it would hurt! Aren't you supposed to be healing me!? Do you even know what you're doing!?"
This earned Killer another disapproving glare from Dream, "I've existed in this multiverse for over five centuries with the ability to heal, I think at this point I would know what I'm doing! And haven't you ever applied rubbing alcohol to a cut before? That burns! But it still helps heal you deosnt it!? Now stop complaining! You're the whiniest person I've met since Ink! And I want to strangle him every time I see him!"
Killer flopped back in the chair and mumbled a silent 'fine' before letting Dream continue. Killer noticed that as Dream healed more the stinging would lessen. He was starting to feel glad that Cross had brought him here instead of letting him just suffer through it. This Dream sure was a peculiar person.
Dream finished and starting wrapping bandages around Killer. Killer raised an 'eyebrow', "you healed me didnt you? So why do I have to wear bandages?"
Dream rolled his eyes and cut the bandage as he finished, "my healing isn't as good as it used to be, and you seem like an idiot who finds ways to hurt themselves with anything imaginable."
Killer huffed and crossed his arms as Dream stood up, "y'know you've been quite rude to me! Have you no shame?"
Dream look down at Killer and simply smiled, "I'll take that as a 'thank you'."
Dream then turned on his heel to walk out. He exchanged a few words with Cross and disappeared out of the room, probably to clean up the mess he had caused earlier by dropping that mug. Sadly for Killer, it was now Cross's turn to scold him for being whiny.
