Riker- No, we just broke up but I'm not mad about that.
Rydel- Than what are you mad about?
Riker- It's just that Laura and Ross are together now.
Rydel- What?! Now I'm totally gonna kill Laura and Ross!
Riker- No don't. I'm not even mad about them together. I'm okay with it.
Rydel- Okay, just making sure. If your not mad that their together, then what has you down?
Riker- It's just that, I just saw Ross and Laura about to kiss. When I looked at them I saw how happy they were together, I realized that what am I going to do without Laura. I don't like her at all anymore, but who am I going to find that was as great as she was?
Rydel- Riker it's fine. It may take time, but you'll just have to be patient. (taps him on the back) Hey, you'll be okay without Laura. All you have to do is wait and take it easy.
Riker- Okay. Thanks Rydel.
Rydel- No problem big bro.
Riker- Okay, I need to talk to Ross and Laura before they run away to Colorado.
Rydel- Okay, good luck.
(Back at Ross and Laura's hotel room)
Ross- Okay before you guys say anything.
Laura- We know it looks bad.
Ross- We can explain.
Riker- (walks in) No need. (Walks up to Ross and holds his hand up)
Ross- Riker please don't kill me! (Riker just shakes his hand) What?! Your not mad, your not going to beat me up.
Riker- No why would I. I'm over Laura, just promise that you don't hurt her.
Laura- Are you sure Riker?
Riker- Yeah, but if Ross breaks your heart any second just give me a call.
Laura- Don't worry, he won't. (looks at Ross) I trust him. And thanks for letting me be happy. (kisses his check) Friends?
Riker- No.
Laura-.....................
Riker- Best friends. (Hugs her)
Laura- (smiles) Okay. I guess we don't have to run away anymore.
Ross- Yeah, next time let's not jump to conclusions and just run away. We'll just talk it out next time. (looks at Laura) Laura, this is what happens when you don't listen to me.
Laura- (glares at Ross) Yeah right.
Rocky- Okay let's go home and that includes you too Laura, you live with us now.
Ellington- Okay, I'll just call Rydel and we can get out of here.
Riker- Okay.
