Chp 6: The Best Night of my Life

-back at the Lynch's house-

Riker- (knocks on the guest room door) Hey Laura, your mom just called. She said after her and your dad helped out with the school they went to New York for an important business trip. It's this huge project so there's good news and bad news. Which do you want to hear first?

Laura- Bad news.

Riker- Ok bad news is that they're going to be out of town more often so they sold your house.

Laura- Oh ok, not a big deal.

Riker- (confused face) What really? Why?

Laura- They told me they were planning this ahead of time so I'm ok with it.

Riker- Ok, and the good news is that you get to................................................

Laura- ( had a surprised happy, smile on her face) Yes!!!!! I get to live here, I'm so happy. We need to celebrate. (crashes her lips onto Riker's and it turns into a make out session)

Riker- As long as your happy I'm happy too. (Smiles and pushes Laura against the wall and gives her a sweet, passionate kiss)

-back at the hotel with Ellington and Rydel-

Man- Ok sir your room number is 136 on the 16th floor, the biggest room on that level. Have a good night's rest and thank you for choosing to stay at out hotel.

Ellington- Thank you (grabs the hotel room keys and walks back to Rydel who is waiting in the lobby)

Rydel- Ok let's go to our hotel room. (walks into the elevator with Ell behind her)

Ellington- Ok 16th floor. (Let's Rydel exit first and they walk out into a fancy hallway and then into their hotel room)

(The hotel room was average yet fancy and modern. It had a big bathroom, a small sitting area with a tv and computer, two beds, and a beautiful, huge window that looked over the city. It basically had the same view as the one from the restaurant. The best part of the hotel room would have to be the space wide, outdoor balcony that had a breath taking view with a jacuzzi on the right side.)

Rydel- Hey Ell?

Ellington- Yeah (they were out on the balcony and he started to lean in)

Rydel- (froze and forget what she was going to say and just stared into Ellington's eyes) I....I....

Ellington- (cups his hands into her face and kisses sweetly and softly) I really like you Rydel, I can't fight my feelings for you anymore.

Rydel- (grabs his hands) Ell, I feel the exact same way.

Hey everyone. If any of you were wondering why there's more Rydellingon rather than Raura it's just because that's going come a bit later in the story this is just the beginning so you guys can get familiar with the story setting so far. Sorry if that was all confusing.
