A slap in my cheeks made my skin feel cold. Glaring, envious, annoyed and raging eyes are all darted to me.

I didn't show them any signs of flinching even though it hurted a fucking lot that I can still feel the pain lingering and my blood inside my own mouth.

"Why do you have to be picked?!" Shouted Diana, Ellie's bestfriend. Margeaux is silent and her envious eyes never left me.

8 out 1, wow. What a gang up.

I remained silent and prayed for this encounter to be over. Moments like this, I could really ask help from Monroe.

But he went out of town since business is busy, as he says so. I don't even care anymore. If I die here then I die here.

In the end, no one here in Wheeltown Arcs will have the courage to label this group of girls ad criminals as they all came from influential families.

Today, someone from another district visited the school. A performance was expected from the students to welcome the visitor. Ellie and her mean bitchy friends pranked me and listed my name as one of the singers.

Of course, professors are considerate of their doing and keep on telling me that all the orphans will fail if I embarrassed the name of the school. That was what Diane, Norie, Mosey and Ellie expected, that I would fail.

But I sang, I even played the guitar and then the school visitor picked me to sing the national hym on the upcoming sports fest. If I only knew that the four of them was aiming for that and that I would end up being beaten, I could have declined that.

I never cared about anything, but the orphans education was on the line. I have no choice.

I recieved a kick in my thigh, the heels of Tanya felt like hell. If someone would come, they'll just leave like nothing happened and that someone who saw them will just remain silent. Afraid of the power Ellie's father hold.

They are all cowards. Ganging up on a girl like me,  I can take then one on one if only they didn't hit my back with a 2x2 size of wood. I can feel all the pain, seeping deep within me.

One day, I will never forgive all of you. I swore to myself watching and hearing all of them laugh at my state. All of them frustrated that I was picked by a special guest.

All 8 of these girls are either spoiled brats or goody-two-shoes. Pretenders whom have come to flesh.

I wish they rot in hell as I will too.

I've heard that either rich, poor, died by illness, died by accident, died bad or even dying a saint, when death comes, everyone is equal. I really hope that's true. I've had enough of all the racism I experienced on the land where I was born. One day, I'll have the courage to leave—even the orphans.

And when that happens, I will live in a place where no one knows that the daughter of a prostitute and Governor named Arahera Lances was once hated and tortured.

In the dark dim alleyway, 9 girls is in. 1 of them is being beaten by the 8 others and she can't do anything but pray to die.

A bark suddenly broke their laughter. And another bark, after another. A car passed by causing for it's light to flash us the scene: along with the 9 girls is a malnourished dog gnarling it's teeth at us.

Ellie and her friends stepped back, one of them wearing high heels stomped on my hand causing me to shout in pain. The dog barked and attacked them. They ran in circles while I watch them until they all got away from me and the dog.

I know this dog. His name is Pepsi. He was owned by that deceased old man who always drink pepsi down town.

The dog ran to me, my insides are panicking I'm scared it might bite me but he didn't. Instead he kept on pushing my body as if telling me to stand up.
