Chapter 1

Not As Smart As He Seems

Iida walked towards his class. His teacher had asked him to meet him during lunch to talk. Iida had no idea what the teacher wanted, but he went anyways.

Iida wasn't really called to meet the teacher since he was the best in his class. He didn't recall doing something to upset the teacher. Most of the time teachers liked him because he was one of their best students, according to them.

After walking through some halls, he finally reached his class and stared at the door, not opening it to enter.

He then remembered something that happened the last time he had stopped and stared at the door. He flushed red as memories came into his head.

Iida stood in front of his new classroom. It was the first day of school in his last year being here. He stared at the door, then closed his eyes and took a deep breath. He was a bit nervous about this year. It was the year he would have to push his body and mind into becoming a hero. After having a moment, he opened his eyes and reached to open the door.

"SK! Come back here, Asshole!" A voice stopped Iida in place.

Cursing on the first day... Don't they know how inappropriate and disrespectful that is...

Then the door opened as a (h/c) haired boy ran out.

"Gotta catch me first, Nobu!~"

The boy smiled and laughed as he ran away from another student that was chasing him. He turned his head to meet Iida's. His eyes widened as he stopped, but he still crashed into Iida. The two fell back and out of reflex the boy held onto Iida's body.

"AAA!" Iida yelped as he fell to the ground, hitting his head.

His glasses flinged off his head into another direction. The air in his lungs squeezed out from the weight on him and the impact of the floor.

Iida groaned as he rubbed his head, trying to ease the pain. He tried to get up, but something pressed him down onto the ground. He opened his eyes to see the boy that ran into him. Their eyes widen, noticing how close their faces were, only a few inches away. Even though Iida couldn't really see, his heart raced as the boy laid over him.

The boy had beautiful (h/c) hair that was (h/l), it gracefully wrapped around his pretty face. From the view Iida was looking from, the boy's eyes were a nice shade of (e/c) that shined in the sunlight. His skin was an amazing tone of (s/c) that looked smooth and healthy. Then, Iida noticed two gray fluffy ears on his head, which caused Iida's heart to beat faster.

After a while from staying there looking into each other's eyes, one of the boy's friends came in.

"You good, SK?" They stood at the door, not sure what they should do in this weird situation.

SK?... Iida tried looking around to see who was talking. Is that his name or is it a nickname?

The (e/c) eyed boy got up and turned to his friends with a smile.

"All good, Shichiro!" He gave them a thumbs up, showing them he was fine.

The moment the boy got off of him, Iida got out of his mind and started searching for his glasses.

His friends went back in the room leaving the two. The boy, known as SK, turned and watched as Iida searched the floor. He was confused until he remembered the glasses that flew off his head.

As Iida continued to search the floor, SK went around him and picked up his glasses. He walked towards Iida and kneeled down, causing Iida to stop his search.
