Tick... Tick... Tick...

Many hours had passed and all this time Iida scheduled and studied for tutoring (Y/n). He sat tired on a small table for one, inside the library of his home.

Next to him was a list of all the classes that (Y/n) was failing, which were most of them. Books stacked on top of each other, all different types of subjects.

Iida sighed as he dropped his pen. He leaned back on his chair and stretched his aching body.

What time is it?

Iida yawned and rubbed his eyes, feeling sleep wash over him. He turned to look at the clock on the wall.

It's late... It's best to go to sleep and rest... I wouldn't want to be tired when I meet up with (Y/n).

Iida smiled as he fixed everything up.

I should text him tomorrow morning... Iida quickly blushed just thinking about texting (Y/n). T-To inform him where to meet up of course...

Iida walked back to his room as he tried calming himself down, yet his face was still red.

"BOO!"

Iida flinched, but stopped himself from screaming. He turned around and met his brother, Tensei. Even in the dark, Iida could see his big smile as he raised his hands a bit.

"Aw Man!" Tensei smiled as he rubbed the back of his head. "I thought I could scare you this time."

"Tensei." Iida chopped his hand in the air, "You shouldn't be so loud. You could wake up someone."

Tensei laughed as he walked closer. He threw his arm around Iida's neck and ruffled his hair.

"Loosen up a bit, will you." Tensei then let go of Iida as he fixed his hair. "Anyways, what are you doing up so late?"

Tensei watched as Iida flinched and his face turned red. He quickly brought his hands down as he straightened his whole hand towards Tensei.

"I-I was just studying for something important at school." Iida came up with the best excuse he could make as he looked away from his brother, afraid he would see through his lie.

"But there is no school tomorrow..."

Everything became silent. Iida panicked on the inside. He didn't want to tell his brother that he was studying all day to help (Y/n), he might have gone overboard to make sure everything was perfect. If he found out that Iida likes someone, Tensei would not leave him alone about it.

"So what are you really doing?" Tensei eyed his brother as he crossed his hands.

"I... I... I-"

Bing!

Iida quickly got his phone out, trying to get out of his current situation. He turned around as he opened the message.

(Y/n) (L/n):
IDK if u awake but
I found a good place to study
The public 📚 near the mall
At 10 p.m.
See you soon!

Iida flushed as he read the message. He was happy (Y/n) texted him, that way he could avoid trying to figure out when to text him and what to say without having a panic attack. He quickly texted back with a smile on his face.

Tenya Iida:
That's a good choice.
It is quite big and not so crowded.
I'll see you then.

(Y/n) (L/n):
Wow u awake😦
I figured u'd be asleep

Tenya Iida:
I stayed up a bit to study.

(Y/n) (L/n):
Wow so smart
cant relate 😢
Anyways sleep well! 🥱

Tenya Iida:
Good night (L/n).

Iida smiled as he reread the messages. He then felt a hand land on his shoulder, causing him to flinch. He quickly turned around and saw his brother with a smug face, reading the messages between him and (Y/n).

"Who was that?~" Iida quickly got out of his hold and backed away.

"T-That..." Iida looked away from his brother's line of view. "Was (L/n)..."

"Do you like them?"

Iida quickly turned around with a redder face then before. He opened his mouth to speak, but was unable to.

"Aww~" Tensei walked closer to Iida and pinched his cheeks. "Is Tenya in love?~"

"I- I-" Iida shooed away Tensei's hands as he started walking away.

"Make sure to introduce me to them.~" Tensei called out as he watched his brother speed away.

Man... He sure is growing up... Tensei chuckled under his breath and smiled.

Iida quickly reached his room and closed the door. He sighed as he was finally out of Tensei's reach. He walked towards his bed and sat down.

Even if I escaped him this time, he is going to keep asking every time he sees me... I should take a shower and go to sleep...

Bing!

Iida reached into his pockets and brought out his phone. His eyes widened a bit, (Y/n) had sent him another message.

(Y/n) (L/n):
U probably don't have a pic of me
for my contact info
here 👇

IIda's eyes widened. His face heated up and his heart raced. (Y/n) had sent him a picture that was probably going to kill Iida. In the photo, (Y/n) smiled as he stuck his tongue out. His hand was raised making a peace sign. In the background, the school's sakura tree could be seen.

H-He's so cute! Iida clenched the fabric over his chest and smiled, making a funny face.

He looked at it for a while, but then shook his head remembering (Y/n) was waiting for a response. Finding any picture he had of himself, he sent it to (Y/n).

(Y/n) (L/n):
Is this ur school pic? 💀

Tenya Iida:
Yes.
Is there something
wrong with it?

(Y/n) (L/n):
No u just look so stiff 🧍
Still good looking tho 😳

Iida was malfunctioning. At first he was regretting sending that photo to (Y/n), but now he couldn't even breathe out of happiness.

Tenya Iida:
Thank you.
I also think you look
very good in your photo.

(Y/n) (L/n):
Aww
Thanks! 😘

After that, they said goodnight to each other... again. Iida laid back on his bed and covered his face. He was processing everything that had happened. He opened his phone and looked at (Y/n)'s picture again.

(Y/n) looks beautiful... How can such an angel even walk anywhere near me?

Iida turned his phone off and covered his face with his hand. He blushed and smiled.

I'm just glad he even noticed me...

Sorry I haven't uploaded in a while. I have been busy with school work and didn't have a chance to do anything, also my WiFi crashed for almost two weeks... So... yeah!... Fun!
