As soon as Natsu and Lucy walked through the guild doors they were treated by their fellow members.
"Hey Lu-chan" Levi greeted.
"Good morning Levi-chan" Lucy called back.
The two girls sat down at the table and instantly started to chat
"sooo... what were you and Natsu doing..? Coming into the guild together...again?" Levi smirked.
"h-heh, ya know, the usual, Natsu snuck into my house to inhale all my food." Lucy lied smoothly.
Though she hated lying to her friend, she had to admit she has gotten quite used to it since Natsu and her, had been dating for over two years now.
"mmhmm" Levi was skeptical, she always shipped those two.
"ughh Come on, you're almost as bad as Mirajane." Lucy groaned.
"hehehe" She laughed "you know I'm just messin' around~"
"Well quit it with the teasing, it's getting old" Lucy pouted.
"Oh god she's so cute," Natsu thought, he was unconsciously staring at her from across the guild hall.
Natsu heard the whole conversation with his keen ears.
"what did you just say? who's cute?" Gahjeel asked, interrupting his thoughts.
"huh? N-nothing. Your hearing things." He lied
'The hell!!? Did I say that out loud?? Dammit, get it together Natsu.' He mentally scolded himself.
"Ugh whatever, I'm gonna go out on a job, C'mon Pantherlily, let's go."
Gahjeel left Natu at the table as he headed out with his exceed.
Natsu got up and headed towards the bar.
"Hey Mira" He greeted
"Good morning Natsu" She replied, " what would you like?"
"Can I get your biggest turkey leg?"
"Sure thing!" She answered "Disappearing to go retrieve his requested meal.
When Mira left, Gray plopped down in one of the chairs and started to mumble.
"Dammit I really liked that shirt, when did I even take it off? Where could it be? Actually, I could ask Juveia, disturbingly enough, she could've found it and kept it. Ugh!! But I don't wanna go talk to her, then she she'll never leave me alone and go on babbling about how I'm her true love or some shit."
"EH? YO ICE PRINCESS I CAN'T HEAR YOU WHY DONT YOU SAY THAT AGAIN!!??" Natsu yelled.
"WHAT!? SHUT UP FLAME BRAIN, I WASN'T EVEN TALKING TO YOU!! Gray yelled right back.
"Ahh they're at it again" Everyone in range of the two said, smiling.
Then Erza walked into the guild.
"Oh shit" They thought simultaneously.
Just before Natsu and Gray were about to throw hands, Ezra yanked Natsu by the collar, and Gray, by the hair.
"And just what do you think you two are doing? She said in a menacingly calm voice.
"N-Nothing!!! They both stuttered. Afraid for their lives.
They both put their arms around each other, acting like best friends.
"And that's what I thought" Ezra said, grabbing her strawberry cake that Mirajane leaves out for her every day, and stalked off.
"I could actually feel the dark aura around her" Natsu shivered.
"I got goosebumps" Gray replied.
The day went on as normal, a few members went on jobs, but most didn't, there wasn't a lot on the board today.
After another peaceful day at the guild, Lucy said bye to Levi and Mira and left.
A Few minutes later Natsu walked out and met up with Lucy, who was waiting for him behind a tree.
This was routine, they had to do this so the other members wouldn't get suspicious of them if they came in and went home at the same time.
The couple started walking to Lucy's house while holding hands
