It was heartbreaking for IZ*ONE.

Even with their loyal fans' wish for a contract extension, even with their female manager, Lee Y/n, and even with other groups wishing them to stay together.

Their ending was already set into stone.

For sure, the fans were devastated. The new traveled in a flash. But WIZ*ONE had bombarded them with plenty of love and support. So many best wishes were floating around. But deep down, the fans knew they would feel empty after IZ*ONE disbanded.

But what about IZ*ONE themselves?

The girls went inside their dorm. Usually, Eunbi, Yujin, and Chaewon would've fought to the death to take a shower. Sakura would've stormed inside her and Chaeyeon's shared room and got killed in LoL. Hyewon and Chaeyeon would've gone into the kitchen, one went to cook food, one went for food. Nako, Hitomi, and Wonyoung would've slumped down to the couch and watch TV. Minju would've tried to remember her choreo for the day. Yena and Yuri would've argued like a married couple. Y/n would've shaken her head, questioning her life.

But today wasn't the day. The news took a toll on them.

Eunbi and Chaewon let Yujin use the shower first (they didn't even have the energy to fight Yujin), but Yujin herself didn't even want to shower. Sakura already flopped herself into her bed. Chaeyeon and Hyewon binged on food out of sadness. Wonyoung bawled her eyes out while Hitomi and Nako tried to comfort them. Yena, surprisingly, was trying her best to calm Minju and Yuri from crying. And Y/n?

Well, she had no idea what she should do.

"Yo guys, anyone want to eat meat? I'll treat." Y/n bet on her entire life saving just to cheer the 12 beagles up. None of them had the motivation to go out and eat. Even Hyewon. Y/n had taken a step back, surprised at the sight.

"Wow, this is hitting them harder than I thought." She thought.

"You guys want anything? I can go and get it for you! Minju? Expensive meat, yeah? Sakura? Latest game? Eunbi-unnie? Brand clothes?"

Silence.

"Oh my..." Y/n thought. She then saw Chaeyeon was about to get up, but then Hyewon grabbed her hand and forced her to sit down. "Y/n, I heard her mumbled she can attempt to hurt herself to threaten Mnet to not disband us"

Her firm voice made all of their attention turn towards Chaeyeon. Y/n quickly stepped in, getting a firm grab on the feather's arms. "Chaeyeon, is this true?"

"No...." Chaeyeon looked away.

"Look at me when you say the truth. Is this true?" Her voice was getting heavy. Chaeyeon didn't say a word.

"Why, you fucking idiot.." Eunbi was about to slap Y/n due to her language, but she let it go. "If you do that, then I bet Yujin and Wonyoung would've followed you and do the same thing." She growled. She then grabbed Chaeyeon's collar with both of her hands. "You made into IZ*ONE, you read the contract, it is bound to end."

Chaeyeon pushed Y/n away before prepare to punch the living hell out of Y/n. Eunbi and Yujin, luckily, got a hold of her before she could've done anything.

"SHUT UP, LEE Y/N!" Chaeyeon shouted. Her tears were streaming out. Y/n groaned. She knew that Chaeyeon was strong, but she felt like she could've fainted.
