     I got this text telling me to wait by a corner for the bus. It was a little weird if you ask me. Go outside in the middle of the night (its  almost 2 am but it is still dark) and wait for a god damn bus. I don't even know what I'm doing honestly. I just wanted to get away from my fucked up family. The yelling and fighting were interminable. It just went on and on. I was getting tired of all of it and I feel like I need to get away. This mysterious text got my attention once it mentioned packing ,y bags and leaving as fast as I can. I don't care that it is a school. I just needed to be anywhere but here. I took out my iPhone and looked at my reflection.

     "God I look horrifying" I mutter.

     I adjust my beanie and fix my hair. When I looked up a gust of wind forced me to shut my eye lids to protect my eyes. When I opened them back up a white with black stripes appeared.

     "Weird choice of color... But it seems pretty legitimate." I say as I hop on the bus.

     Not a lot of people were on the bus. Maybe ten people. They were all sitting near to the front of the bus. So I decided to sit all the way at the back. I wanted to separate myself from everyone else. I wasn't really a people person. I didn't like talking to anyone. Anyway I wasn't really good at small talk or just talking to people in general. I looked out the window. At first glace it looked like we were going 200 miles per hour. It was weird since on the inside it felt like we were going 20 miles per hour. Suddenly the bus made a violent stop. *Whoosh* The bus doors fly open. I see a girl walk down the aisle. Then she plopped right next to me. I'm pretty sure she was fully unaware that I was seated next to her. That's fine though. At least she wouldn't see me staring at her. She was beautiful. Her long dark brown hair fell perfectly below her shoulders. It was a little messy, but it looked soft and silky. I wanted to reach out and touch it. Then she turned around and saw me.

        "Hey," I said. Great... Just a hey.. I'm so stupid...

        "Oh hey!" she sounded surprised. Damnit.. I scared her... Just great... "Sorry I didn't see you there...."

        " No it's cool. I am use ot it. The whole not being notice thing." I tried cracking a joke. I wanted to hear her laugh and see her wonderful smile. They must be as beautiful as her.

        "Same. I'm use to it too. I actually try not to be noticed though. It's my specialty. I've been doing it my whole life." She laughs. She has a cute laugh, but I can tell that it wasn't exactly her real laugh. I loved the fact that we have some things in common.

        " I can tell. You're radiating that edgy don't-talk-to-me vibe." I laughed hoping to get her to join in "Any way my name is Kelvin. I never got to hear your beautiful name though"

        "My name is Elise. Very nice to meet you Kelvin." I could see her blush as she pulled her dark hair into a ponytail.

        "Well Elise, nice to meet you too. I assume you watnt to listen to your music for the rest of the ride. Am I right?" I smile. I didn't have to use my powers to know that. Honestly I wanted to listen to my music too. Gotta love Sleeping With Sirens. I even wore a Sleeping with Sirens shirt today.

        "Haha.. Yea I was gonna do that, but if you want to chat a little it's fine with me."

        "No it's cool. I like my music too." I grab my leather jacket and put it on. I didn't know if she likes Sleeping with Sirens or not. I'd rather be safe then sorry though, wouldn't want to scare her away yet.

        "Well if you say so.." she replies as she puts in her black earbuds in. I pop mine in too, but I don't turn any music on. I try my hardest to listen to what music she is listening too. When I heard "I lost my heart, my home is the ocean. The waves underneath will soon be my home. I will fall asleep. I'll close my eyes and dream of days when I wasn't all alone" I knew right there and then that going to this school was a good choice. I then submerged myself in my music.

        Minutes later I looked out the window and we arrived at the school.........
