EPILOGUE

                    Few weeks later

Wendy and I are meeting today. I want us to do something that has been on my mind ever since she told me about her break up with Blake. The blind date I set between her and Craig was more successful than I had imagined. Their chemistry is intriguing even though Wendy suggested they took things slow and Craig isn't rushing as well. The most important thing is that she's happy and that's all I ever want.

I drive into the yard and honk three times and in no time, she steps out if the apartment which was formerly ours but I moved in with Klaus so she lives alone now. She gets into the car with a confused look plastered on her face.

"What's with the hurry?"

"Well good morning to you too" I great sarcastically and she rolls her eyes.

"Where exactly are we going?"

"Check the back seat" she looks behind and then turns to face me

"Are those Klaus' belts?"

"Yeah"

"So what are we going to do with them?"

"We're going to pay Blake a very classy visit" I say with a sly smile.

"There's no way I'm setting my eyes on that cheating scumbag"

"Relax honey, remember what we did to Rooney way back in highschool?"

"Rooney Brookes?"

"Yeah"

"No way!, You want us to go and flog Blake?"

"Yeah, he messed up with you big time, so we're gonna teach him some manners"

"But..."

"No buts, buckle up and let's be in our way"

"Does Klaus know about this?" She asks as she buckles her seat belt.

"What do you think?"

"Certainly not"

"Perfect"

"He's going to get really mad when he finds out"

"Klaus will be fine Wendy, for now let's go deal with that cheating scumbag called Blake"

I ignite the car engine and drive out of the yard. Once I hit the road, I step on the gas. I can't wait to see Blake's face when he sees us at his door step. I'm so gonna flog him that he'll be sorry, he's gonna regret ever taking Wendy's love for granted. When I'm done with him, he's going to think twice before playing with another girl's feelings.

Fifteen minutes later, I pull up at Blake's driveway and we both get out of the car.

"Wendy this is not the time for you to get emotional, he deserves every stroke we're going to give him" I emphasize and she nods. I very well know Wendy. She's an emotional wreck. She might just start crying when we start flogging Blake. As for me, I can't wait to whip that cheating ass of his.

"You're so in for this aren't you?" She asks smiling.

"Amma whoop his ass so bad that he'll need a nanny to take human to the toilet"

I say as we step on the porch and I ring the doorbell. Moments later, the door is opened by a blonde girl. Another one of his flings.

Typical Blake.

"How may I help you?" She asks rudely and without warning I pull her by the arm and push her out side, Wendy and I get in and I lock the door.

"Honey who was..." Blake pauses the moment he sees us and without warning Wendy and pounce on him, whipping him mercilessly with the belts. Klaus' belts. He's going to kill me when he finds out😂.

You mess with Wendy, you have me to answer to.

"You guys flogged Blake?" Craig asks surprised. The four of us are having dinner at Klaus' place. We've gotten quite close now and it feels like were one big family

"We had to"

"That means if I try anything with Wendy, I'll get it hot from both of you"

"Likewise Klaus" Wendy confirms.

"What if the guy charged you for asualt?" That's Klaus.

"You would have settled the issue, your a powerful man around here" Wendy brags and we all laugh except Klaus who just shakes his head.

He's such an ancient man. Must he get all serious?

"You can't go around flogging guys because you know you've got back up. That's wrong"

"We flogged just one guy" I correct.

"Hazel, this will not repeat itself" he says seriously and I nod in agreement.

"Yes daddy, were sorry for the mean accurate things we did. It won't happen again" I say sarcastically.

"Sarcasm" he whispers with a frown.

And he sensed it.

"You still love me" I tease and he comes closer to me and kisses my forehead.

"I can't wait to have a daughter who behaves like you."

"Go away" I push him slightly and we all burst  into laughter.

Two brothers dating two best friends is the craziest thing that can happen. The love we have for each other is genuine and we're surely going to be with each other for the rest of our lives.

You need to learn to move on from your bitter past. Move on from hurtful experiences. It is true that everyone has a bright future, but how bright do you want yours to be?. Trust me holding on to a bitter past will not give you the bright future you long for. You need to learn to move on no matter how difficult it may seem to bee. I've  moved on from my horrible past and so far, it's the best decision I've made in my life.
