My POV
I'm sitting at the school cafeteria scrolling on my phone, not realizing Jungkook coming my way.

"Why so alone?" He says.
"Hmm your right. I could really use someone's company.."
"Not mine." He teases.
I roll my eyes.
"Why don't you go hang out with that girl you like?"

He doesn't laugh.

Oh my.. why did I say that, I sound jealous. Well, I am, but he doesn't need to know that.

"Oh-I'm just joking."

It's getting awkward.

"No...your right. I should hang out with her more." He says.

I smile at him, trying to not seem obvious.

"Do you want my company?" He raises one eyebrow.
"What about—"
"Yes or no?" He cuts me off.

Should I say yes..? But what about his crush? Didn't he want to hang out with her, or..you know what, I'm gonna be selfish, who cares.

"Yes."

He smiles.

"Do you want to go to my house, after school? My parents are out of town, so no need to have awkward dinners with them.." He ask's me.

"Haha, I mean, sure."

Time skip

He told me to meet him after class is done at the parking lot. I see him coming.
He is coming towards me, while holding his keys, starting his car. We buckle up and then start heading to his house.

His parents were gonna be gone for the weekend.
"It's nice having the whole house to myself." He says while taking off his shoes.
"Yeah, It gets lonely after a while though."

"Your parents are still on vacation?" He sits down on the couch, gesturing to me to also sit down.

"Yes.. I just can't wait til they come home."
I was tired of waiting for them. No calls have been returned. I'm getting worried for them, why are they not in contact with me?

"I'm sure their fine. They probably have their reasons." He try's to comfort me.
"Yeah.. probably."  I say, uncertain.

"You can stay the whole weekend?" He says.
"I- I don't know—"
"If you need company?" He continues.

I look at him and slightly smile.

"My company." He says.

I would love that. I really do.

"Fine."

It's gonna be so fun. Spending time with him is all I want right now—but he doesn't like me though. No, that's fine. Spending time as friends.

Yeah.. as friends.
