14. Simp

Luke's POV
Finally it's the day of the garage party meaning I can finally get the attention I desperately want.

*cough cough* simp. Okay back to the story

I miss my princess so much I hope she'll look at me this time. The band and I are practicing a little more before people start arriving. Jules is at her piano while I'm sitting on the chair across from her going ham on my guitar clearly angry. (Yknow like what Alex did in the show on his drums)

It doesn't take long for everyone to notice and they all stop playing and look at me except Jules.

Alex : dude you okay?

Reg : You're kinda strumming a little fast and you have your angry puppy face on

Reg stated as he points to me face

Me : yeah yeah I'm fine just got lost. In thought that's all

Reg : what do you think Jules?

Jules : um. What?

Did he just?

Me : Reg did you just call her Jules?! That's my nickname for her!

Reg : right right sorry Luke I I wasn't paying attention

Me : it's okay buddy I know you didn't mean it

Jules : ...

Me : Alright that's it

I stand up and charge over to Jules and bend down at her eye level but she still won't make eye contact

Me : Jules look at me. I'm your boyfriend please I'm begging you. Did I do something wrong?

Julies POV
God this is torture! Damn it Flynn you don't know how bad I wanna kiss him right now. It's been several days since I've been in his arms and it sucks. It's just a few more hours I can do it.

I got up from my seat avoiding Luke's adorable puppy eyes and start to walk outside

Me : guys people are here time to start

Alex and Reggie nodded while I looked sneakily at Luke who had a smirk on his face. I think he is waiting for us to sing together but I can't I'm gunna sing with Reggie the whole time and move around and away from him

I heard Flynn announce us and I walked out and sat at my piano. The. I began playing Great. Let's hope I can do this

Well that didn't go as planned. As soon as the bridge began Luke up to me doing a guitar solo that was not rehearsed and I couldn't help it. I caved and looked at him dead in the eye and as soon as I did , he started smiling again. Then at the end the other boys left while he came by and sat down next to me to finish the song with an unexpected duet. We were so close together and I wanted to kiss him and he wanted to kiss me cause before he got up I saw him look at my lips. We couldn't kiss yet since my dad doesn't Know we're together yet.

(Y'all don't tell me you didn't see him look at her lips at the end before he poofed I saw it it happened end of discussion)

( also This song should be called "Luke being a simp")

In the kitchen

Flynn : great performance Julie but epic fail on the eye contact thing

Dad : speaking of which Mija can I talk to you for a minute alone?

Shit. Shit. Shit.

Me : Sure thing dad

Front porch

Me : Soo what's up

Dad : I don't think I'm the only one to notice but is something going on between you and Luke?

Shit.

Me : What do you mean?

Dad : well he kinda looked like he was itching for your attention and you too were very close together

Me : um well as a matter of fact I've been avoiding him so I guess he was happy that he got to get my attention

Dad : and why were you avoiding him?

Me : well because Flynn said I should put him to the test and in my opinion he passed

Dad : what test?

Me : okay dad Luke and I are dating and Flynn wanted to make sure he wasn't using me even after I said I knew he wasn't. She forced me to ignore him for all practices and the gig but as you saw I caved at the gig.

Dad : wow okay that's a lot to take in

Me : I know

Dad : well if he passed this test and he's not pressuring you in any way then I support you two being together

Me : Thank you papa thank you!!

Dad : of course mija but If he hurts you I'll kill him

Me : so will Alex and Reggie

Dad : I'm glad you met the boys Julie they seem like they helped you find your love for music again

Me : I believe so too

Wow that went better than I thought. I go back to the garage to say goodnight to the boys when all I see is Lukey leaning on the piano with a pic in his month as he's writing in his song book. I decided that now that I can give him attention again that I will scare him. I ran up from behind him and jumped up on his back causing him to fall.

Me : Hi baby!!

Lukey : hi princess.. WAIT YOUR TALKING TO ME YAY!!!!

Me : Sorry about that btw

Lukey : it's fine by pwease can I have kisses and cuddles? I miss them

Me : of course Lukey

We helped each other up and sit down on his couch and I put my head in his chest. I looked up at him and grabbed his head to turn it towards me.

Lukey : yes princess?

Me : you said you wanted kisses?

Lukey : yep

Me : I will give you kisses if you get me a sandwich

Lukey doesn't say anything all he doesn't is hop up from his couch and runs out the door to make my sandwich. God I missed my dork

By dork I mean simp. I love my little simp

That's it! I wanted to make Luke such a simp in this chapter and I think I managed to achieve that goal. See you guys next weekend for new chapters.
