"What?" River asked, his voice almost breaking.
"You're pregnant." Babau repeated it as softly as possible.
Then silence dominates the room. River was paralyzed, his eyes wide. "Oh, God. I'm ... pregnant." River said to herself. Panic was beginning...
Some time later, Babau comes back with a delicious tray of food. There was some fruit, orange juice, cereal, tea and a few more things for River to eat.

As soon as River saw the tray, she licked her lips and thanked her friend. "The food really does look very appetizing", River thought before he started eating.
When River finally finished eating, there was nothing left on the tray but crumbs.
''Pleased?'' Babau asked his friend with a slight smile.
''Oh yeah. Much! Everything was delicious, Babau, thank you very much''. River thanked again. She was literally satisfied. ''I never thought I could eat that much!'' River exclaimed with his hand resting on his belly.
"Get used to it, women in pregnancy tend to eat a lot", said Babau.
"Oh, this is great", River murmured. "It's all I need now".
"Pregnancy is not that bad", said Babau.
"Oh, of course not", River murmured sarcastically and rolled his eyes.
''It is not, I mean, well. You start to feel strong changes in your body, which are accompanied by unpleasant sensations, such as dizziness, nausea, cramps, swollen breasts and drowsiness. And it is almost impossible to maintain emotional balance in the face of this condition. Other than that, pregnancy is ... adorable'', Babau said with a slight smile.
''Adorable?!'' River asked in disbelief.

"And how can you be so sure of that?" River crossed his arms over his chest.
"Because even though we are friends, you also don't know everything about me", said Babau.

''Why did you never tell me?'' River looked a little upset.
