MARKS POV

Couple hours had passed by but mark didnt care, he could care less. Ellie started to move alittle bit so mark stayed extra still.

"Ugh what did i get myself into" mark said chuckling softly making sure not to wake up ellie. "Your special to me" mark whispered to ellie, knowing she would not hear him... or so he thought.

NO ONES POV

Ellie was secretly awake and heard the words mark had said. When she had moved thats when she woke up, but noticed the state she was in so she decided to take it all in and enjoy marks warmth. "Your special to me" she heard mark say... "what!?" she said to herself, "im special to him?" That was enough for ellie to say something that left marks mouth speechless. "Your special to me too" she whispered. Mark heard this and all the words from his vocabulary had just left. "I- um you-r-r awake" mark said trying to hide his embarrassment. "Ive been awake pretty eyes" ellie said giggling, "why isnt she getting up?" Mark thought to himself. Instead ellie did the opposite she turned her body and now she was one her stomach and she wrapped her arms around marks waist causing him to stiffen up. "Im not doing anything idiot" ellie said softly, "u-uh i know..." mark studdered. "No you didnt" ellie firmly said, hugging mark tighter now. "Mark" ellie said, "yeah?" Ellie looked up and faced mark and said "your special too" she said with a smile and than quickly digged her face into marks neck embarrassed on what she had just said. Mark gave a slight chuckle and said "im guessing you heard what i said?" Ellie hummed in response while nodding her head.

Mark reached for his phone, now having ellie on top of him he saw what the time was. "SHIT" he yelled causing ellie to get off of him startled. "WHAT" she screamed thinking something bad happened. He looked at her and said "its 3 am!" Mark started bursting out laughing. Ellie just stayed quiet shocked by what the time was but also that mark was laughing!? "Mark....." she said, mark stopped laughing and smiled with his teeth saying "yeah? Whats up?" Ellie just smiled and said "nothing" she said giggling. His laugh filled ellie with butterflies and it felt like a storm in her stomach. "Well its 3 am we got to go idiot" mark said mimicking ellie's voice for calling him an idiot earlier. "Okay than lets go!" Ellie again grabbed marks arm again and started running. "NOT THIS AGAIN" mark yelled trying to keep up his pace with ellie so hes not being dragged. She just wheezed in return and because it was pitch black it was hard to see where they were going, causing them to slow down. "You have to do that everytime!!??!!" Mark said out of breath. "Yep" ellie said. "Um ellie?" Mark said with concern in his tone of voice. Ellie hummed in response, mark looked up and so did ellie and they felt water dripping on them. It was raining. "Oh my god its fucken raining" mark complained, "WHAT DO YOU MEAN ITS RAINING MARK THIS IS AMAZING" ellie screamed and started squeeling while dancing in the rain. Mark just watched having a smile on his face without even noticing, ellie noticed and looked back saying "come on mr. Pretty eyes lets dance in the rain" He shook his head but its not like he really had a choice, ellie grabbed him and pushed him out into the rain and started jumping, getting her hair went and going into puddles. Mark just watched, everything seemed like it was in slowmode, "your beautiful" mark accidentally said out loud. "What?" Ellie said, "did i say that out loud?" Mark said now redder than ever. "Yes you did" ellie replied laughing. "Okay lover boy come one dance with me!" Ellie grabbed mark by the hands and started slow dancing in the rain. Mark than took over dominance and grabbed ellie by the waist, spun her around, than dipped her making the rain hit her face. Ellie scoffed and playfully rolled her eyes and grabbed marks hand and started walking home. They got infront of ellies doorstep and mark spun ellie around again, having one of his hands wrap around her waist and another grab her hand for balance. Ellie just stood there and stared into his blue eyes, his hair wet from the rain, she loved it. He got up close to her ear and said "i had fun we should do this again tomorrow" mark let go of ellie causing her to stumble back. Giving her a wink he went back to his door to go inside.
