"I'm so sorry about that," I say as I set my keys down on the counter.

"It's fine," he says as he's walking to his room.

"Did you remember who that was?" I feel bad because he probably isn't ready to talk about it yet but it's been too long to avoid it all together.

"The guy I..." he pauses like he's remembering something, at least I hope. He turns around, "the guy I got in a fight with. I remember him."

"Do you remember anything about him before that day?"

He looks down to his right and back at me, "I knew him. I know I should remember him more but I don't ok? Can we just work on my wall already?"

"Yea, I'm sorry. I'm sorry," I say looking down putting my hair behind my ear.

"No I-" he puts his hand up and takes a step towards me but cuts himself off. "I'm sorry. Do you want to start now or tomorrow?"

"We may as well start now. Let me get changed." I walk out of his room and enter mine to look for some old sweatpants and a t-shirt.

When I turn my head around, I find myself zip tied to a chair.
"So where did you go on your last mission hm?"
"I- I don't know, I don't know."
"Tell me or I'll fucking slit your throat right here right now."

"Morgan?"

I jump as I'm ripped away from a memory I tried to hard to forget.

"What are you doing I called your name like 5 times."

That felt so real, was I really just daydreaming?

"Sorry I-" I look down at the floor and back up, "just wanted to grab some different clothes."

"Oh... okay?" he responds with a confused tone.

I change and come back into his room not being able to get my mind off of what I just thought I saw.

We work on his wall for a few hours with the music blasting in the background. I tried to play Steve's 40's playlist thinking he would enjoy it more but to my surprise, he likes my playlist better.

"Once the glue dries we can put on the patching compound but that won't be until tomorrow I don't think." I say as I walk out of his room with him following close behind. "Do you want anything to drink?"

"I can get it. It's the least I can do considering you've been doing most of the work."

"I'm not sure if I really know what I'm doing though," I say making us both laugh.

My phone starts ringing cutting off our laughter. I go to answer but when I see No Caller ID I hesitate. I answer anyway though, "Hello?"

"Morgan, I'm so delighted that you answered." the voice says in a unsettling tone.

"Who is this?" I look over to Bucky who furrows his eyebrows at me then takes a sip of his drink.

"It took me a long time to track you down Ms. Houseman." Blake.
