It was finally the weekend. Hanako woke up from her sleep stretching looking at the window and sighed.
She had replayed what Rui said to her the night before "I don't even know how I fell asleep but I still have my necklace surprisingly" she got up "oh right no school but I do have to go into town" her phone vibrated it was from some number then she remembered giving her number to Kiyo
The Texts Read:
New Number: ?
Hey I figured I would text you today since you worked it's Kiyo I was wondering if you were free meet at the park at 12?
Hanako took a while to reply then eventually did
"Hey! I'm off today I'm definitely free" she replied she got excited she was making a friend . She started to get ready and change and everything.
At 11:30 she opened her door only to see Rui "well well look who's up and ready"
Hanako walked past him ignoring him
He grabbed her shoulder "don't ignore me"
She rolled her eyes "why are you here leave me alone" she pouted as he made her stop
"Look if anyone's gonna be with you it's me because I'm taking that necklace whether you like it or not and I'm not gonna let you lose it on a date"
Hanako blushed "a date! It's not a date it's friends hanging out!"
He shrugged "sounds like a date if it's with a boy"
Hanako shook her head and pushed him away "leaveeeee" she said pushing him further away
"Look I was ordered to keep watch. I know it's a lot to take in and you don't believe in fairytale bullshit but this is real and there are more evil beings out there other than us who long for that power"
She shook her head "I'm a ordinary high-school girl who lives alone give me a break" she said soon letting go and walking away he followed her "you can't escape the truth blossom."
Hanako ignored him leaving completely she got to the park and looked around to see Kiyo at the fountain "Kiyo?" She walked over
He smiled and stood up "well hello Hanako I'm glad you were available!"
She nodded "so what's the plan?" He took a while to think "we can go to a cafe and then a movie theatre" she nodded agreeing as the two headed off. First the cafe then the movies
Hanako had never really been friendly with guys and they weren't friendly with her so it was new to her she loved the feeling she was happy.
"Hey do you want me to walk you home?" She shook her head "no thank you it's okay I'll be fine I don't want you to get home late because of me" she smiled as kiyo nodded "understood well see you soon Hana" he hugged her kissing her cheek then left
Hanako nodded blushing screaming inside "he called me Hana a nickname" she said to herself she started to walk home
On her way home she started to hear footsteps somewhere she looked around not seeing anything until someone popped up behind her "going somewhere?" Hanako turned around to see a male with green hair and neon green eyes
"Who are you and why are you following me?" She said stopping
The male laughed "you won't need to worry about that after I'm done" he started to run towards her as Hanako started to run off "no way Rui was being honest about this" she tripped on a rock and fell over as the male then soon tackled her "such beautiful clean skin. Bright eyes and that necklace" he stared at it as Hanako struggled to get him off he pinned her down and put his hand on the necklace "see I'll kill you if you don't give me this but if I take it with no problem it's fine " he started to pull it as it wasn't coming off
Hanako wondered. Why wasn't the necklace working now it worked just fine last time but now it wasn't. He gripped her throat while having a hand on the necklace. "Give me it." It wouldn't come off soon Hanako fell unconscious as her eyes closed slightly
A female voice could be heard as Hanakos conscious was fading away
"HANAKO!" It was Minas voice the female from the roof. Who was connected to Rui.
The male turned to her "oh not you."
Mina glared as her eyes glowed a pinkish red "if anyone's getting it . It's us not you demons!" She started to run after him as the male jumped away "quick. Your little boy isn't here is he" Mina growled "Rui is coming I'm sure he can sense you"
The male laughed "Crazy obsessed with him aren't you."
Mina shook her head "Kenzo I swear you demons will try to take anything from us. News flash we don't-"
This voice appeared "share" he said appearing behind Kenzo only to stab him as Kenzo jumped away with the wound "you win this time but her. She won't last she's just a mere human the only thing saving her is gonna be that necklace." he said while fading away into a shadow
Rui walked to Hanakos body and picked her up "she's gonna be fine but I don't think she should go home tonight"
Mina crossed her arms "we should take her to the manor?" He nodded to Mina "the demons will be more of watch on her especially if Kenzo encountered her and they will be on watch tonight. That's all she can return home tomorrow"
Mina nodded
The two soon disappeared to the manor
The manor wasn't as ordinary it was dark but looked normal on the outside.
Rui set Hanako down onto the guest bedroom as a male appeared behind her "now what?"
Rui turned around "only for tonight Haru"
He nodded leaving as Rui sat by her looking at her face blankly then to the necklace "I could just take it now it won't react she's not conscious ." He said before placing a hand onto the necklace which was by her chest
Hanakos eyes started to open slightly only to see his hand as she screamed slapping his hand "what are you doing!" She said before getting up and falling
Rui laughed "calm down. I wasn't gonna do anything to you" Mina ran in "what's going on-" Hanako was on the floor and Rui was on the bed
Minas face got red, angry red "Rui you perv! I'm sorry Hanako! He should be doing it to me not you"
Rui glanced at her "excuse me"
Haru and two other males and one more female walked in
Rui got up picking her up placing her in a chair "sorry for the rudeness I guess. You know who I am you know who Mina is . That is Haru . And that it Miki. The female is Ren. There's more of us but they aren't around right now.
Hanako looked at them she knew what they were.
