CHAPTER 13

CHAPTER THIRTEEN

"How did you know? You weren't suppose to know!" Y/n yelled as her heart raced.

"Y/n... We had no choice. " Jin replied with traces of disappointment in his voice.

Jungkook smiled as he met Y/n's gaze, "Don't worry. I'm not mad at you... I knew you had your reasons and I broke your trust so-"

Jungkook was interrupted when Y'n's palm landed on his face. The children were blindfolded so they didn't see what was happening.

"This is all your fault. Jun and Moon wouldn't have gotten kidnapped by your crazy wife if you guarded her actions." Y/n yelled pouring out all her emotions.

Jungkook sighed, "We broke up... I broke up with her but... She and I needs to get back together now. That's the deal in exchange for their safety." Jungkook's words slapped Y/n's whole body with guilt.

Her eyes teared once again.

Jin's heart clenched as he witnessed how Jungkook who was Y/n's first love was talking to her in front of him.

'Come on Jin, now is not the time to think about that' He said to himself mentally.

"Tick tock tick tock. Let's go Jungkook." Eun Ha said as she wrapped her arms around Jungkook's.

"Let go of them first" He coldly said.

"Ugh fine" She said before signaling his men to free the children.

Y/n then didn't hesitate to go to them and hug them so tightly.

"Don't cry. You're safe now. Eomma's here" Y/n said as her tears landed on the children's clothes.

Jungkook tried to fight the urge to come and hug them as well but he failed. He came to his children and hugged them as well.

Jun and Moon felt awkward not knowing the reason for Jungkook's hugs. He was just their takewondo teacher in their eyes.

"Y/n-ah... Thank you for taking care of my children... I trust you. Keep taking care of them." Jungkook said with teary eyes.

Their eyes filled with tears and heart filled with sadness met each other.

Jin groaned silently as he saw the Y/n, Jungkook and their children having a moment together. They looked like one big happy family.

"Jungkook!" Eun Ha was about to approach them when Jin stopped her.

"Let them have their last moment together... Just a while." Jin said as he looked down on the floor not making any eye contact with Eun Ha... His heart sunk to the bototm of his stomach and he felt pain in his heart as it broke into pieces seeing them together like a happy family. Even so, he let them had their moment.

'What if... Jungkook and Y/n never broke up.. Will she be happy like this?'

Jin sighed at the thought that Jungkook was Y/n's first love.

Jungkook stood up and went to Eun Ha. A few second later, Y/n followed.

"Let's go" Jungkook said with traces of pain screaming in his voice.

"Ok. But first let me just-" Eun Ha said before she violently pulled the gun and the trigger as she pointed in on Y/n's direction.

"Y/n no!" Jin yelled before he wrapped his arms around Y/n with Jun and Moon in the back protecting them from the bullet.

"Uhh" Jin groaned as he felt the bullets burried somewhere in his body as he tightened his grip on Y/n's shirt.

A tear fell from his eyes as he felt a tingling sensation in his stomach. Before he knew it, he slolwy losened his grip on Y/n's shirt before he slolwy fell down on the ground.

"JINN!" Y/n yelled in shock before she bent her knees to talk to Seokjin.

She let her arms wrap around his neck as her palm cupped his cheeks.

"Jin-ah!" She whispered with teary eyes.

A smile formed on Jin's lips as he felt Y/n's warm hugs.

"Idiot, why did you do that?" Y/n cried trying not to scold Jin.

"Silly, why didn't you hug me sooner?" Jin asked making Y/n come to a halt.

'Why didn't I hug him sooner?'

"Ya. Don't close your eyes.. .Please.... Don't leave me." Y/n cried as she pulled Jin's big hands to her face squeezing it tightly.

"You think I will? Of course I wont, I will always be with you.." He whispered trying to get those words out from his mouth as it became more dfficult for him to speak.

"Shhhhh. Save your energy. D-don't talk" Y/n whispered.

"I missed you so much, darling."  He said with his heart.

Now that Y/n thought about it, they never really had a proper conversation every since Jin apologized to her because she kept ignoring him... She felt guilt taking over her body.

His lips went pale as she felt his blood coming from his stomach. He was covered in his own blood. His eyelids fluttered His hair sticked to his forehead as sweat covered his body. She pushed his hair away from his face.

"Y/n-ah, you're so beautiful." He whispered before his eyelids slowly closed.

"No no no!!" Y/n yelled before she lifted her head up to call for help...

"Apppaa!!!!!" She heard her children from behind as more tears formed in her eyes.

She looked at Jungkook asking for help silently.

Jungkook carried Jun and Moon in his arms as they were crying for the man who they thought their father is.

"Shhh, it's ok... He's going to be fine" Jungkook whispered to the children.

Y/n shifted her gaze to Eun Ha who was smirking like a woman loosing her sanity, "You'll pay for this Eun Ha." Y/n said as she clenched her jaw.

"Ohhh How if I'm going to kill you now?" Eun Ha smirked widely.

"Eun Ha!" Jungkook yelled.

She was about to shoot Y/n when 'Boommmm'

A gunshot was heard and in a split second, Eun Ha fell slammed to the floor.

Silence filled the room as they were trying to let the situation sink into their mind.

'Who the heck did that?'

Loud footsteps were heard coming to them.

"You should be thankful cause I'm on your side."  A voice came from behind.
