Chapter 14

Sergio's POV

There was a knock on the door. I threw one of my jumpers that was laying around to Adriana so that she can cover up herself.
I don't want anybody seeing my girl in that state. Only I can.

We went over to the door and Adriana stood behind me.
I opened the door to be welcomed by Pilar.
Wow I am one if the luckiest guys ever right, seeing your ex turn up to door in that kind of situation.

Her facial expression changed from hey-babe-wanna-do-something-fun to a complete disgust. I mean I. Toke up with her after I found out that she was with me for my money. Basically she was a gold digger.

"WHO IS THIS SKET?? Why IS SHE IN YOUR HOUSE AND WHY ARE YOU SHIRTLESS?", she was fuming, it seemed like her head was gone explode soon.
"What are you doing here Pilar. I told you everything we had is gone, I dumped you 3 months ago. And by the way this is Adriana. My girlfriend!!".
I smirked at her and placed my hand on Adriana's shoulder, I squeezed it to reassure her that everything will be fine.

"Girlfriend?? You mean another one of your whores that you spend a night with and kick them out of your house? But in this case, you forgot to kick this thing out", she placed a hand on her hip and started giving dirty looks to Adriana. Anger is starting to oil inside of me, but I need to keep calm, as much as I want to beat the shit out of Pilar; I can't because she is a woman. I respect women.

"Pilar get the fuck out of here, before I call the cops. And by the way, no she us not a whore, don't misplace Adriana with you".

"Aww Sergio we both know that we still have feelings for each other. Let's just forget about all of this shit and let's get back together. And I understand if you wanted to forget about me, by using this shit here, but you could've chosen someone more like me". Pilar was pointless ing to herself. I am not interested in gold diggers.

"Let me tell you something Pilar, Sergio doesn't want you in his life and by the way you were right. I'm not like you, I am different because at least I gave self respect and I don't leave my clothes at other people's houses for months. AKA your red thong. So I suggest you shut that dirty mouth of yours and get the fuck away from here". Our of no were Adriana opened her mouth and started speaking. Wow I would never think that she would say that but I felt soo good.
My girl has the guts to stand up and say what she thinks about Pilar to her face.
I am proud of her.

I actually found it funny. You know the red thong bit.

"You did not just say that....you bitch, I will leave but I will come back soon", she spoke with so much venom. Then she raised her hand and slapped my princess. I wanted to hurt Pilar so badly, but I handled myself and with that she stormed off.

Adriana ran upstairs and I closed the door and sprinted after her.
Although it was no use, she locked herself in the bathroom and didn't let me in.

"Adriana, baby please let me in! Pilar crossed the line but I couldn't physically hurt her, I would never lay a hand on a woman", I tried convincing Adriana to open the door, but at the end she started crying even more and I could hear her sobbing.

After a few minutes, I couldn't hear her sobbing and I saw the lock being unlocked.
I rushed into the bathroom to see my princess crouched on the floor with her hands wrapped around her legs and her head was in between her knees.

I ran up to her and hugged her really tightly. I slowly unwrapped myself from her, I wouldn't want to hurt my baby, and help her chin up. I slowly caressed her cheek with my thumb.

"Listen babe, I wanted to slap that butch so hard, but I would never raise a hand on a woman. I want you to know that I am proud of what you said, and I am here for you. I am sorry for what that slut did to your beautiful face. It just happened to be that I know the best way to make you feel better", I started smirking kissed Adriana's jaw, slowly going up to her cheek.

A few moans and gasps escaped from her mouth.
It sounds so good, imagine hearing my name coming from her mouth.

"Sergio, I think I am feeling a lot better know, I should go back to my house. I have a job interview coming up. I need to get ready. I am sorry if I caused you any trouble but thanks for letting me stay at your house...and can I ask you a question"?
"Anything for you", he started grinning.
"Can I keep your jumper? It smells so good and it's cozy and warm", she gave me the puppy eyes and I couldn't say no to it. Even though it was one of my favourite jumpers, i would be happier if it was with her.

"Of course you can babe", I kissed her forehead and we walked to my bedroom.

ADRIANA'S POV
I dressed up and i walked downstairs to say goodbye to Sergio.

When I reached the kitchen, I could hear Sergio talking to someone on the phone.
"Okay okay I will be there, God you are so annoying. At 7pm? Okay I will be there round that time, see you later. Bye".

I was curious to who he was talking to, but it's not my business so I can't really find the answer to my question.

"Umm...Sergio, thanks for letting stay at your house. I have to go, I've got a job interview but I will see you soon. Maybe we can go have lunch tomorrow or something?"
"Yh yh sure, I will talk to you tomorrow and sorry about this morning." Sergio said.
"Don't worry, everything is fine, umm but since I'm here can you please tell me where this address is, cause I need to be there in about 2 hours, so I haven't got long left", I showed Sergio the address which Martin, the guy who I contacted gave me and Sergio's eyes popped out.

"Umm why do you need to go to this address? What job are you going to do?". Sergio seemed curious.
"Well I was searching for physician jobs in Madrid and I found this number and I called the guy and arranged the appointment. He gave me this address to go and meet him at, and it's got to do with football I think".

Sergio started grinning like an idiot and looked at me, I was starting to get scared now.
"Umm, Sergio why are you grinning and do you know where that place is?", I asked.

"Well Adriana if I told you you probably wouldn't believe me but that the address of Santiago Bernabeu, also known as Real Madrid's stadium. I also happen to play for Real Madrid. I think you know what I am talking about?!", Sergio talked in a matter of fact tone.

"Soo your telling me that I applied for a job as a physician for Real Msdrid??", I couldn't believe this.

"Basically yes, Iker was probably talking about you. I mean if you become our new physio then every player is gone injure themselves just because of you".

"Sergio, this is like really weird and I haven't even gotten the job yet. Plus I don't really know anything about football skills you need to teach me some things. And I dint know any of the players so I guess you have to introduce them to me, if I get the job!", I told Sergio. I actually didn't mind this.

"It will be my pleasure and if any of the, don't behave then you should know that I am always there to protect you", he gave me a heart warming hug.

"I've got training in an hour, so do you want me to take you there", he asked me
"If you don't mind sure, that would make things so much easier". I replied to Sergio.
