This book talks about a range of triggering subjects, such as mental illness, eating disorders, mental/physical abuse, suicide, death. I am not trying to glamorise any of these things but I want to show the true effects of these issues and want to bring attention to them since I have struggled with these things for many years. If you do not feel comfortable reading these things or want to protect you mental health, I will summarise triggering chapters at the end, minus the detail, so you don't miss anything.
