The Coat of souls is a vessel that was made by Hades to capture lost souls and bring back to the underworld. However, after the souls took control of the coat, they are on the runaway. They could cause they after unnatural ghostly powers to defend themselves. The souls are in search for peace and try move on into the afterlife instead of the underworld. The mask can change to Comedy or tragedy based on their mood but often becomes an angry mask. The only time the mask ever comes off, is when they're taking a soul. They are left handed but their right hand has a touch that would banish an evil soul away from entering the coat and to the Underworld. The coat can shift into different coats to blend in. They can see your sins and they'll do something about it if the sin they see is serious. The coat gain new knowledge from new each soul they gain.
