Avengers compound,
October, 2016After switching out of my suit and getting a taxi home. Eventually, I arive outside of the avenger compound trying to get inside without being seen. It was dark by now and guard were at every possible entrenches. There was no use in fly up to my room the outside cameras would catch me either way. My safest bet was to just walk in there normally and hope neither Happy, Tony or Pepper see me coming in late.
As casually as I can, I walk my way to the door and scan my id card and fingerprint. The door clicks open and the familiar voice of F.R.I.D.A.Y greets me as i walk in.
"Good afternoon Miss. Stark it seems that you are 1 hour and 36 minutes late to your curfew. Would you like me to inform Mr. Stark that you have arrived?"
Quickly I respond, "No F.R.I.D.A.Y, definitely don't do that. Where is he exactly?"
"Mr. Stark is currently in the library."
"He never goes to the library. What is he doing?" I ask being nosey.
"That information is classified." The A.I responds.
Giving up on the idea I quickly I walk out of the entrance hall towards the kitchens making sure to only be seen by workers that walked by me or those who still were adding furniture or finishing building the compound.
I regret not taking Peter's sandwich cause now I could feel the hunger bubbling up in my stomach.
Making my way though the kitchen I notice that it was mostly empty except the few who cleaned dishes or the couple who lived here. I greet most of them as I try to find something to eat.
"Penny, your back late."
I turn to see one of the younger chefs, julie, behind me. A bowl of mac and cheese in each of her hands.
"Sorry didn't mean to interrupt. Just looking for some food," I smile.
"Don't worry. It's fine, I was wondering when you would show up." Julie says.
"It's not my fault I'm always hungry." I joke as she hands me one of the the bowls.
"Here, this was left over form the employee dinner. Don't want it to go to waste." She explains has she takes a spoon out of her pocket and hands it to me.
"Thank Julie, see you in the morning." I wave goodbye as a leave for my room.
I weaved down the halls and up the elevator without, I think, being seen.

Everything seem to be going fine until the morning when my father decided to come for visit.
It happened about an hour before I had to leave school and I was already ready to leave, laying in bed on my phone.
Of course he hadn't knocked because he already had full access to my room he had decided to just walk in. Trying to think more hopeful I try to convince myself he just wanted to say goodbye before he left for a 'business trip' in India.
"Just so you know I know about your little rendezvous last night." He got straight to the point.
"What how?" I disided the was no point in lying.
"The tracker in your suit. F.R.I.D.A.Y notified me as soon as your streak of inactivity ended."
"You said you would stop that." I try to steer the conversation a different direction.
"No, that was the cameras you said nothing about the trackers but that not the point. How long have you known?" Tony asks.
"Known what?" I try to act clueless.
At their point Tony was pretty annoyed, "Don't play games with me, you know I always win. You know exactly who-"
"That's not right I beat you, Happy and Pepper at monopoly just last week." I interrupt.
"Nope, you cheated that doesn't count. And stop interrupting. Parker, when did he tell you?" He asks as he sits down on the foot of my bed.
"He didn't tell me anything I figured it out myself," a say a little proud of myself.
"Good now I don't have to take away his suit." He lets out a breath he was holding.
"Stop being so hard on him. He's still pretty new to the whole 'saving the world' thing. And plus nothing even happened" I try to convince him.
"You think a deli blowing up is 'nothing.' I think you might be ready for the superhero thing again just make sure you tell me about it when you get back."
I smile, "Wow, that's vary responsible of you dad."
"I know, I should write a parenting book we can call it 'Tony Stark, guide to being the best father in the world.'"
"I love that for you but the public doesn't know I exist besides my amazing alter ego." I reminds him.
He gives me a questioning glare, "You told me you like it that way?"
"I do. Secrets are kinda my thing." I say as I stand up to grab my shoes.
"Yes, that worked out so well with Peter didn't it." He says suddenly back to his cocky self.
"Hey! that doesn't count, it wasn't my fault that time," I complain.
"Okay, Secret Keeper it's time to get breakfast before I have to leave. Get your shoes on." He reminds while getting up and heading to my door.
I gasp "Hey, was that a Harry Potter reference?"
"Maybe it was," he yells back.
