'Click click click click,' Akio typed on his keyboard at a fast pace. Marie sat across the room on her phone, "testing" it.

Phillip said that the Internet was exceptionally slow, and that from Akio's records said that he was excellent at technology. Therefore, his very first job was born.

So far, his job was boring. But Phillip said it would get better. Eventually. He just wanted to hack things, perform a virtual B-n-E.

"So," Marie began, still looking at her phone, "Where'd you come from? I mean like, what town?"

"I came from Crystal City." Akio replied, successfully getting rid of the bugs in the system. He jumped, hearing a loud clatter. Marie had dropped the phone onto the wooden desk. She was staring at him like he'd just explained the key to the universe.

"What?" Akio asked, Marie taking a moment to respond.

"Crystal City?!" She repeated, suddenly standing up. Akio nodded slowly, getting a little scared.

"Dude," Marie said, "Me and Jett are both from there. I'm not sure about the others, they haven't said, but seriously?! That's weird! How could I not remember!?"

Marie collapsed into her red rolling-chair, head in her hands. Obviously thinking really hard. Akio didn't know how to react. He searched and racked his brain for anything to say, but nothing would come.

Akio grabbed his walkie-talkie, and spoke into it, "Phillip, this is Akio. I've successfully gotten the Internet back on track."

"Excellent! I guess the rest of the day is yours." Phillip replied. Then, a familiar voice sounded on the speakers.

"HEY AKIOOO!!!!" Jett practically screamed. Akio jumped, not really wanting to reply. Thankfully, he was saved by Phillip.

"Jett! Get off the walkie-talkie!" He ordered.

"Man, y'all fucked up givin' Jett a walkie-talkie." Toby interjected. You could hear machinery clanging and a roaring in the background.

"OH MY GOOD SWEET LORD," Jett exclaimed, "Phillip!!! Phillip! Answer me now! Holy Ghost, PHILLIP!!"

"What?! What, Jett?!" Phillip responded.

Akio was entertained by the situation. He couldn't wait to hear what Jett had to say.

Soon enough, Jett yelled, "The car's working!! THE CAR--" Something interrupted her. "GODDAMMIT!!!"

"Let me guess," Phillip began, "It shut down."

"How'd you know?!" Jett sarcastically exclaimed, obviously frustrated.

"Toby, what is Jett doing right now?" Heidi asked heard over the speaker. Toby replied, "The usual."

"Screaming and throwing and kicking things?" Joseph guessed.

"You got it." Toby said. He pressed the talk button, and they could hear Jett in the background. Screaming very colorful profanities.

"Jett! What'd I tell you about your language?!" Phillip rebuked.

"Oh, okay!! I see how it is." Jett said. "So April's allowed to know what size genitals we all have, but I'm not allowed to curse?! Y'all are playin' favorites!"

Akio looked down, and put his hands over his lap. Phillip reassured, "Akio, April knows nothing about our genitals. It's just an inside joke between all of us."

"Yeah, I really don't wanna know that anyways." April said. Akio let out a relieved breath, leaning back.

Jett said quietly, "Still playing favorites."
