Hello! And forgive me! I'm so sorry that I've haven't been updating for a month! The reason why is because last week is the last week for my first three classes for school. And I've been focusing on that then this book. And I have noticed that I've hit 1k views! Ahhhhh! Thank you all! I will be doing a chapter for this moment! Also before you read this story some information you need to know. I DON'T KNOW THIS CHARACTER VERY WELL!!! 

So this story may stink 😅😞. But I'll try my best...

Red Lips { Title Name } 

Y/N's POV: 

I walk down a darken hallway as I hold my phone. I was using it as a light. There was a blackout in the building. And this occurred during the world meeting, I represent C/N ( Country Name ) and I was getting some documents from my car for a friend to look over. When I got back into the building I began walking up the hallway back to the meeting room. Then in a eye blink the lights went out. Trust me, it spooked me. That and I hate the dark because I read lots of fanasty books and those books were filled with many monsters.

My hands clenched around my phone as I slowly moved forward to find any door to hide in. 

All I wanted was to be in the light. 

Then my fingers grazed against a door knob and I turned and opened it. I softly closed it as I tried to find any light switch on the wall or close to the closed door. It wasn't easy. I then felt a switch as I immediately turned it one. And to my surprise the lights flicked back on. But I then noticed it was just for this room. 

But at least I didn't need to be scared anymore. The one thing that scared me was I couldn't hear anyone else that was attending this world meeting. Scared to know how or what was going to happen. 

I gulped as I moved away from the door. I then picked up my phone to see if I could call anyone.

But since the electricity was off there was no WiFi for me to use to make a call. I feel my hear pounding as I began breathing heavily. I could feel my knees shaking a bit as I decided to sit down on the floor in the empty room. I wouldn't dare look out the windows to check what was happening outside. Sure I can be a very paranoid person but I just want to protect myself.

"Hello dear" I hear someone greeted as I yelped and jump off the floor. I'm immediately stood up from my spot and looked around to find anyone that was talking to me.

No one was there. 

Then I felt myself being pinned to the wall by a black figure. My vision couldn't adjust the person in front of me all I saw was a black shadow. But as I regain my breath my vision then showed me a man, light brown hair, red clothing, ruby eyes, and black gloves. He smiled at me as his gloved finger stroke my chin. "Calm down, you're safe here" he stated as he brings me in for a hug. I didn't know who this person was but I began to calm down in his embrace. Warm and comfortable hug. He managed to calm me down as I pulled back and smiled at him.

He smiles at me as see what looks like fangs on full display. 

"Oh, I notice you're looking at me teeth. If you're wondering I am a vampire" he stated. 

"What?" I screamed but he silenced me with his finger, placing his index finger on my plump lips. 

"But I wouldn't hurt you. I would hate to do that" he explains. "You don't have to be scared of me" he explains. "Might I ask, what is your name?" He asks me, I wonder if I should tell him. "Well, I'm the representative of C/N and my birth name is Y/N" I state. His eyes sparkle with happiness as he chuckles. "You're name is very beautiful Y/N, you can just call my Romania" Romania introduced himself. "Nice to meet you, I would appreciate it if you kindly back away from me and not pin me up against the wall?" I ask politely as I decided to be playful. 

I tapped his nose with my finger. "Of course" He Said with such joy. 

"May I ask you to help me with something Y/N" Romania asks me as he steps back and giving me some space. "What is it Romania?" I Asked he smiles as he tapped his lips. "Well, I'm feeling a bit thirsty and you're the only one around. Will it be not much of a problem if I suck some blood from you?" He states as he stares hungrily at me with those red eyes. 

Well, he's correct no one is really around but just the two of us. No one will really know what might happen if I ever get out of hear alive. 

"Okay, you can but please don't do any serious damage" I explain. He the holds my arms in his hands. "You have my word Y/N, like I said, I would hate to hurt you" he promised. 

I feel his hot breath against my neck as he teeth graze my soft skin. Then Romania kisses my neck, searching for the right spot to suck blood from. I lead out some soft whimpers as he began looking for the perfect spot. Then he finds a spot as I felt a prick through my skin. "Ah!" I yelped as I felt blood flowing out of my body. "Relax, stay calm, the more you move the more it will hurt Y/N. Keep breathing normally" Romania explains as his right hand brings my back closer to him. I nodded as I sigh,letting a deep breath out. But this wasn't hurting me, like getting a shot. 

"Your blood is so delicious. It's very addictive" he groans as he begins sucking more and more blood from my body. "Ow!" I scream in pain, his hair began to rub against my neck and the bottom of my chin. Then he pulls away, I look up to him. His lips were red as I see my blood dripping down his mouth. 

"You're okay Y/N, here, let me hold you" he said softly. He sat us down as he moved me to we're my head was leaning against his shoulder. My eyes felt so heavy and I felt so sleepy. 

"Y/N, I feel like we have a connection together after doing this" Romania explains, his gloved fingers gently rubbing my head. I was too weak to speak or reply to question. "I would love to get to know you better when we can get out of here. Maybe I can help you with your fear of the dark?" But I began to fall asleep as he finished his question, so I just nodded and smiled.

"We'll just wait till you wake up". 

"Sweet dreams Y/N". 

Yay! It's done! I'm so sorry for this being a late story but writers block wasn't killing me at the moment so I decided to finished this story! And I hope you liked it, I'm sorry if it's nit up to your liking because I don't know this character very well. Okay the next chapter is the 1k+  special! This was a very long story.
