How lived without you

Diego P.O.V

Shira and I would cuddle each other. Our kids would play tackle each other. Is nothing better be with my kitty. My only saber I fell for. Which she took me.

As I was holding her Shira would smile at me. I would smile her back.

I whispered to her ear, "You are beautiful kitty. My beloved saber."

Shira spoke, "Aww softie."

Then Shira stopped smiling and Shira asked, "I need to know something."

I asked worryingly, "What is it Shira?"

"How you lived without me while I was gone? I want to know what you felt."

I looked at Shira's eyes and I responded, "Okay since you didn't know what happened while you were gone."

Flashback

3rd P.O.V

After Shira left Diego's heart was broke. Diego was in tears not knowing wether to see her again.

Diego returned back home in the same day. Diego's mom was humming while cleaning the house.

Diego's mom spoke, "How was your day Diego?"

Diego didn't respond but had his head down.

"Are you okay Diego?"

Diego slowly lifted his head and looked at his mom.

Diego's mom asked, "What's wrong?"

Diego responded, "She... moved.. out."

Diego's mom hugged him. Knowing that they were good friends for a long time.

Diego's mom spoke, "You'll have a new friends."

Diego spoke, "Shira was my only friend."

After a weeks has passed Diego was quiet and didn't talk much. Diego didn't showed any happiness or a smile. Diego felt that it was decades.

Diego wanted to tell her how much he love her. Diego would be thoughtful whenever he sees a couple.

Diego met good friends as he was getting older. He never felt the same when he was with Shira. Diego met Kayla a classmate. Kayla and Diego were quite friends.

Kayla would only talk or ask questions, but Diego gave short answers. Every time Diego is alone he would look at the photo of him and Shira together.

Diego spoke, "I want to tell you how I love you."

When Diego was in middle school. He notice that many students were dating. He began to think how would be with Shira.

Manny began to date Ellie. Sid is still trying to look for a girl. Diego didn't showed any interest getting in a relationship.

Manny asked him, "Diego have thought of dating?"

Diego responded, "No why?"

"It looks like that you are lonely and and that you never dated.."

"Because I am lonely."

"Relax buddy you'll find a girl that intrested you."

"Nah. It seems everyone is happy with their relationship."

Diego would have interest in Shira. Diego began to think why he never get those signs when they were little. Shira layed on him. Hugged him several times. About Shira talking about getting a relationship. Diego felt bad that it was his chance to have Shira, but now that chance is gone.

Kayla was intrested in Diego. Kayla tried get his attention. Diego was always in his thoughts in his pain.

Shira was the only one can make Diego happy. The one can make him smile. If Diego smiles his smile fades away.

Before finishing middle school. Diego would continue to be quiet. Diego was wishing whenever he get the chance to look for Shira.

Diego wondered if Shira has a boyfriend already. Wondering if Shira is happy with her new life maybe with a boyfriend.

Diego spoke, "If Shira is dating I'll try be supportive despite I'll be broken. I wonder she ever misses me."

After the finals Diego had to go high school. Not knowing what is going to happen.

End of flashback

Diego P.O.V

I spoke, "That happened while you were gone. I was sad to never see you again."

Shira spoke, "Since you started high school I came back. Our beginning was painful. I treated you badly despite I hurted you. You still continue to be there. Until the day you were thrown out of the window. I felt terrible when I found out."

Shira began to tear up. I wiped her tears. Shira hugged me tighter.

I spoke, "Now we are together married and we have a family. Life is not easy but we get stronger together."

Shira spoke, "True."

Then Shira began to kiss me passionately. Which I kissed her back.

I spoke, "I love you kitty."

Shira spoke, "I love you too softie."
