Alive, Again?

A Eventful Walk

Kaede's POV

I was walking next to the huge building, keeping a steady pace as I heard a faint squeal. Wait, what- I start walking towards the direction I heard the squeal just to see a red head being held up in the air like Simba...Is that Himiko? It takes me a second to resister that Himiko was being held in the air by none other but Tenko herself. I walked up to the two.

" Good Morning! " I say in my normal tone, which made both turn to me. 

" Kaede! " Tenko says putting the mage down to give me a quick hug. Himko stood there until the hug was done, mumbling something before waving towards me. Tenko backed up some turning towards Himiko with a confused look, then she turned back to me.

" How are you two? " I asked as politely as I could. 

" I am doing great! Other from the whole game thingy, I am feeling fine and fit as ever! " Tenko replied, posing in a position where both of her hands where in front of her. I smiled at that, turning towards Himiko.

" Nyeh, I am fine. A bit sleepy but fine. " Replied Himiko while rubbing one of her eyes. She turned towards Tenko with grabby hands, Tenko imminently picked her up due to this. I thought it was quite adorable.

" Are you two heading to the Community Cafe? " I asked nodding towards the cafe.

" Oh, we are heading to Himiko's room first, but we'll meet you there! " Tenko said carrying a already asleep Himiko away towards the east building. 

" Alright then, it seems they were normal. That's two more to the list. " I said to myself as I continued walking towards the cafe.

A few more minutes later into my walk I see a certain Olive colored hair giant. He seemed to be digging around in a bush, knowing Gonta he would be looking for a bug. I walked a little closer as Gonta stood up, holding a beetle. A quite big beetle at that...More like huge. Did he raise that beetle himself or something? He turned towards me and walked over.

" Hello Kaede! Would Kaede like to hold Gonta's bug friend? " I shiver a bit as i look at the massive beetle. For some reason I feel like the creature is glaring at me.

" U-Uh no thanks. I was actually heading towards the Cafe, how about you? Heading to the Cafe soon? " After finishing my questioning Gonta shook his head, looking at the beetle then back at the bush. He then looked back towards me.

" Uh, Gonta will go just not now, Gonta has to finish collecting these big beetles! Gonta will meet Kaede there though! " He said as he put the beetle that was in his hand into his insect cage he carries around.

" Alright, see you there Gonta! " I say as I walk away, waving towards Gonta. He waves back as he goes back to collecting the sizable beetles. 

I continue my walk, looking at the flowers on the side of the sidewalk. They were a very pretty, Some where lilac, others red, there is a few blue and yellow flowers here and there. It was natures artwork, i'll say that. It was really nice to look at and the smell was just as enjoyable. I am kinda glad I have to walk to the cafe, I get to see all the pretty sites and get to say hi to some of my friends! Speaking of friends I believe Gonta is acting like his normal self so I guess that is 6 game participants that are acting normally. 

As I walk I see a short male with a hat that has horns sitting on a near by bench...Is that Ryoma? And he has a cute kitty with him! So adorable! I wonder if it's a stress relief cat. I can just go ask him. I walk towards the short, black clothed boy. 

" Hello Ryoma! What are you up to? " I ask in a polite tone. He looked up at me and smirked while petting the cat that was now in his lap. It had a grey-ish blue color fur and was gently purring away.

" Just meeting a old acquaintance of mine. " He chuckled lightly, petting the cat right behind the ear making it lean into his hand. It was a cute sight...Did he have a cat before he was put into the game? 

" Hey, is that your cat? Like is it your cat before getting put into the game? " I asked, he chuckled once more. 

" Yes, this is my cat...Are you heading towards the cafe? " He asked as he looked up towards me. I nodded quickly in response. 

" I was just heading there right now. Would you like to join me? " I asked as I nodded towards the main building that housed the cafe. 

" No thanks, I'll go later. " He said before going back to petting the cat. I nodded and waved bye as I started to walk away. I saw a glimpse of him waving back and chuckling at the cat putting it's tail in his face. He seems to really like cats, He doesn't seem too off just a little more happy. I think I'll add him to the list of participants that are acting normally.

I keep walk humming a quiet tune as I walked into the main building, checking with the reception before heading towards the dining area. Walking the short distance to the dining area I here Kiibo talking to Kokichi. I believe scolding him for doing something.

 I walk in the door and like it was on cue I was knocked to the ground. 

" Ow, Ow, Ow, Ow- " Said the mystery person. I landed on my stomach and man was it painful, I look up to see a black and white hat in front of me. It must've fallen off the person when they bumped into me...Wait...Isn't that Shuichi's hat?
