Greenie in confusion

After a rough ride, inside a mysterious cage shaped like a box (where everything was dark), it finally stopped. Few minutes ago it was traveling up at a fast speed, but everything went quiet after. Y/n was confused. No, that's not the word, she was so much more than that. Lost, overwhelmed, disoriented...
Worst part, she remembered absolutely nothing. And of course, questions began to invade her mind. "Where am I?" "What is this place?" "Why am I here?" "Why can't I remember anything?"
She slowly tried to sit up since the awful cage shook her violently. She cleared the sweat from her forehead and sighed. Before confusion could hit her mind again, she started hearing muttering above her. There were around ten voices discussing about something, but she didn't understood a word. The roof of the cage was covering up everything. Then all of a sudden, the doors above her opened and let the light of the sun enter harshly. Her eyes immediately burnt when y/n tried to look up so she covered her eyes with her hands.
"Another girl?"
"What is going on?"
"Someone call Alby!"
After her eyes got used to the luminous light, she noticed that the people above her were mainly boys. Something inside her just wanted to laugh hysterically because she did not comprehend a thing that was going on.
"This is ridiculous." She thought.
"Hey greenie, grab my hand." A guy with dark skin extended his arm and reached to her. She did not grab the hand. How could she see trust these people just cause? She lightly shook her head in a form of no.
"Oh come on stop this act!" A guy with raised eyebrows and white skin tone went down to the box and pushed her up. He shoved her onto the ground and she fell on her knees. Y/n gently got up and gulped. She looked around once again and could now see all the boys' faces. They were gathering around her in a circle. She turned to the guy who pushed her and wanted to shout at him for treating her that way. But she couldn't bring herself to do so. She didn't know what to do. Ask questions? Stay quiet? Run? Were they going to do something to her?
Later, a tall blonde hair guy came running towards the dark skin one. "Hey alby, so the Creators are now bringing girls?" He asked.
"How am I supposed to know?" The guy named Alby answered.
"Teresa is prettier" a guy whispered.
"Having girls will bring fun here" a guy followed.
"Nah they're just gonna start causing trouble" another one said.
And then a lot of voices and conversations started covering up the atmosphere. They started getting louder and intense.
"Hey everyone! Stay quiet!" The blonde guy said.
While the two guys who seemed like the leaders kept discussing and trying to calm down the rest of the group, she finally took a glance of what was behind them. Around them. The confusion hit her body like a train.
Walls. Enormous concrete walls. Surrounding the whole area. "What?" She asked herself. She started walking at a slow pace leaving the group behind. She could not believe what her eyes were seeing. Why was she in such a place? What did it all meant? Her mind couldn't take it anymore. Y/n started running out of oxygen and felt dizzy. Later she collapsed onto the grass and her world turned black.
Not for long though. Almost a minute later she woke up. She was still on the ground. Both leaders came running towards her to help her get up. Alby once again extended his arm and she grabbed into it. "Hey Newt why don't you take her to the Docs so they can check her state quickly? She doesn't seem well".
"Yeah it seems like the best option" the other answered. "Can you walk alright?" He asked to y/n. She noticed his accent and felt for a second comfort in his words. But later she reminded herself she could not trust anyone so quickly.
She nodded.
"Great. Follow me" he said as he started walking towards a place that seemed like a double story wooden building located in the north-west corner of the area. As they were getting closer to it, she looked more around. She noticed that it was divided in sectors. In another corner she noticed a barn full of animals. Then a grassy area where it seemed that crops were growing. Then on the south-west a small forest which its inside looked terrifying. Her view went back to where they were walking.
Newt opened the door of the wooden building and held it for a few seconds, signing her to go in. She stepped inside and waited for the guy to keep walking her to wherever they were going.
They went upstairs and met with two other guys.
"That's the new greenie?" one of them asked.
"Yes. She fainted for a few seconds after getting out of the box. Could you check if she is fine? Just to be sure". Newt asked.
"Yeah okay" the other one responded.
"I'll come back later" blonde guy said and left the building leaving her with those two boys.

"Okay sit down" one of the guys ordered her. She sighed and sat down on a wooden chair.
"What's your name?" one of them asked.
The sudden question took her out for a second. They were the first people to ask her that. And she actually remembered it! Why? And how?

"Y/n" she answered.
