Alternative Ending

Pretend the last chapter and epilogues don't exist. This is a happy ending. It skips to after the war.

The war had ended. Harry glances around. Y/n. Where is she?

He watched in relief as he sees Fred and George.

Joseph jogs up to him, a gun hanging over his shoulder. "Aye where's y/n?"

"I don't-"

"Harry!"

Thank god.

He turns to see her walking towards him and Joseph.

Jospeh grins, "glad you're alive. Now I have a boyfriend to get to." He turns around and walks towards George, letting the gun drop out of his hands.

Harry looks away from him and turns his attention back to y/n. "I'm so glad you're okay." He quickly wraps his arms around her. She hugs him back.

He glances over her shoulder, Hermione stands there with her arms crossed. Their conversation from before the battle flashes in his mind.

He pulls away from y/n.

"Marry me." It was abrupt, he didn't have a ring. He also didn't care.

Her mouth parts in surprise, it's quiet for a second. Harry goes to take the offer back, but she speaks before he can.

"Okay."
