Holding onto my jacket, I took a deep breath before ringing the doorbell in front of me. A few seconds later, an excited Jennie Kim came to let me in. We've been distant the past few days, well mostly it's me who's been distant. Locking the door, she smiled as she leaned in for a kiss. I quickly moved away, rejecting it. She looked taken aback at first, but her expression transitioned into disbelief.

"Really? First you ignore my messages for three days straight and now you're dodging my kisses?" Her shoulders fell as she sighed, looking at me with confusion.

"Jennie.. I think we should stop seeing each other." I got straight to the point, deciding not to beat around the bush. Jennie didn't look surprised, instead, a tired chuckle left her lips.

"I should have known." She took a seat on the couch behind her, I stayed standing up as I cleared my throat.

"I'm sorry, I just don't think this is going to work out." Scratching the back of my head, I waited for a response.

"Who is she?" Jennie looked up at me, clearly fighting the urge to cry right then and there.

"What?"

"The girl you've been seeing. You disappear suddenly on dates and you're always smiling at your phone. Do you think i'm stupid?" She ran a hand through her hair, a single tear falling from her eye, yet a scowl evident on her face as she accused me of cheating on her.

"Listen Jennie. Me and you were never official, I don't owe you an explanation. I'm sorry things turned out the way they did but I really should get going." I glanced down at my watch, the clock showing it was 10:30pm. I'm aware I seem insensitive, but I really needed to get to the club. Jennie seemed baffled at my lack of sympathy and effort, she got up and stormed towards the door.

"Get the fuck out of my house Jungkook."

I parked my car in front of the Red Flame building, locking it before walking to the door with a smile on my face. The encounter with Jennie hadn't exactly gone well, but at least it was over with.

Stepping inside, I greeted Naeun before ordering something to drink. Naeun and I's tension had calmed down recently , you could even say we were friends. I was glad it wasn't awkward anymore, and she wasn't glaring at me every time I came in. I took a seat at the bar, noticing someone walk towards where Naeun and I were standing.

"Hey Hyunjin, aren't you supposed to be going up next?" Naeun asked as he took a seat on the chair next to mine, not acknowledging me. He was dressed in purple lingerie, back slumped as he sighed.

"I was, but they moved Taehyung up before me. He's been boss' favorite lately" The man named Hyunjin sighed, taking a glass of what i'm assuming was whiskey from Naeun. He took a sip of the alcohol, sighing as the large room lit up and Taehyung got on stage. I immediately picked up my rum and coke before heading to the seating area, plopping down on a couch near the him. He noticed me from the stage, flashing a quick smile at me before starting his performance, which a few men behind me seemed to think was for them as they cheered louder.

I took a sip of my drink as I watched him intently, never seeming to get bored of the way he moved his body. The performance seemed to go well, that is until I heard the conversation going on next to me. Two men in shabby clothes were sat on the same couch as I was, my fists clenched as I focused on their words.

"God, that boy is pretty." A man with a white beard spoke as his filthy gaze scanned Taehyung up and down.

"He really is.." his friend chuckled before continuing "Why don't we wait for him to get off work? We'll just use him till we're satisfied."
I couldn't believe what I was hearing, were they really talking about raping Taehyung so openly? I tried my hardest to contain myself from pouncing at them right then and there, deciding i'd do it privately as to not cause a scene. What they said next made it impossible to hold back.
