Fading

We dragged newt along the streets I never realised how heavy someone could be if there body is mostly limp

The guns and the bombs kept flying all around us making me scared slightly but my mind was only set in one thing right now and that was saving my best friend

We got to the start of the tunnels and newts body was officially starting to give up

"We're almost there newt stay with us" Thomas panicked

Newt then fell to the ground taking us with him

Tommy come on" I said as we started to drag newt along the ground.

That plan didn't really work though as we all fell to the ground after a couple seconds

"THOMAS CAN YOU HEAR ME I NEED YOU TO LISTEN TO ME I KNOW YOU HAVE NO REASON TO TRUST ME BUT I NEED TOU TO COME BACK THOMAS YOU CAN SAVE NEWT THERES STILL TIME FOR HIM THERES A REASON BRENDA ISN'T SICK ANYMORE ITS YOUR BLOOD SHE ISN'T SICK ANYMORE BECAUSE YOU CURED HER SHE DOESN'T HAVE TO BE THE ONLY ONE ALL HOU HAVE TO DO IS COME BACK AND ALL THIS FIGHTING WILL BE OVER PLEASE JUST COME BACK TO ME I KNOW-" Teresa's voice echoed throughout the city but was cut off

I turned around and newt stood up and turned around at the same time but it wasn't the real newt he was crank

The one thing newt had been afraid of came true he lost himself

"Newt"Thomas said

He ran forward and attacked Thomas first

He landed on the ground panting "TOMMY LYRA KILL ME"

He turned back into crank and tackled Thomas again i tremors pulling him off him but that didn't work so I smacked his head turning him back to newt again

"I'm sorry to..I'm sorry Tommy" newt muttered

"It's ok it's ok" Thomas whispered

Newt then pulled out a gun aiming it at his head

"NEWT NO" I screamed knocking the gun out of his reach

He turned crank again tackling me this time but I got up quickly

He pulled out something from the WCKD uniform and was very quick to lodge the knife into my abdomen

I gasped slightly and then he pulled the knife out

He then turned back to the real newt again

"No no Lyra I'm sorry I'm so sorry no" he panicked

"It's ok it's ok why are you apologising you didn't do it" I said smiling slightly through the burning pain in my stomach

He then turned back into crank mode and tackled Thomas as I fell down against the walls of the tunnels

The crank swung the knife at Thomas and then Thomas pulled his close to him

I looked up and seen the knife lodged into newts chest most likely hitting his heart

Newt then collapsed to he ground

Tears poured down my face as I watched another one of my best friends die

He was gone newt was gone and all that was left was a red bloody knife and memories

I started feeling dizzy and I put more pressure on my stomach as blood poured out I was fading away slowly

My hands covered in my own blood

I seen Brenda Minho Gally fry and Morgan all come running back looking shocked at the dead newt

"Thomas where's Lyra?where is she!" Minho shouted

"Minho" I let out weakly

He turned around and seen me he looked down at my shirt and my hands covered in my blood

"No no Lyra " he panicked as he made his way over to me quickly

"It's alright" i weakly said smiling the slightest

"No"he choked out crying

"Shh my love" I said putting a hand on his face

"I can't lose you not you Ly"Minho sobbed

The world around me was fading now at a fast rate the only thing I could see clearly now was Minho

"Remember Minho I love you okay" I said

The world then went dark

"LY LYRA WAKE UP WAKE UP NO" Minho yelled as he shakes my body

Gally walks over and pulls Minho away from my body but Minho wasn't having it he was trying to fight gallys grip trying to get back to me

Morgan then walked up slowly sobbing

"Lyra" she sobbed

She checked for my pulse which she couldn't find

Meanwhile Minho had given up and Gally pulled him into a hug as Minho cried into his shoulder

Then big lighting bolts appeared in the sky lots of them

A figure soared down the sky above them and landed a couple feet away from my body

"Thor?" Morgan said crying

"Hello little one" Thor said

"She's gone Thor" Morgan sobbed

"I want to try something" Thor said

He walked towards my body and shocked it slightly

My eyes opened suddenly

"What the fuck? am I in space or some shit? Asgard maybe?" I mumbled

"No little lady you're on earth" Thor said laughing

"Lyra love" Minho said and lifted his head and looked towards me

"Thank the big guy Minho" I said smiling

The bleeding had stopped by the way

"I thought I'd lost you" he said pulling me towards him.

"Ah lady maximoffs in love" Thor laughed

"Wait hold on I can't believe thors standing in front of me" fry said

"Hey Minho newts gone isn't he I wasn't dreaming" I said

"Yes I'm sorry darling he's gone" Minho said holding me close to him

"Hey Thor you staying for long" I asked

"I'll meet you at that safe haven or whatever" he said spinning his hammer around then flew up into the sky
