(Solange and Daniel are at the house with Jay and Bey just chilling. They are sitting in the kitchen playing spades. Jr is on the floor playing with his firetruck.)
Bey: So...Are yall excited?
Solo: *sad tone* Yea, Im really excited
Daniel: *notices* You don't sound excited babe
Solo: I am excited. Im just tired, that's why
Daniel: If you say so... anyway *happy voice* Im too excited. In 5 days Solange will be my wife. And in 3 days, we find out what we are having.
Bey: Im excited too, this wedding is gonna be epic!
Jay: *smacks card on the table* We set yall asses *laughs*....but yea, Im excited, especially cuz im the best man *chuckles*
Bey: You silly. And yall won that game by luck.
Solo: So....me and Daniel were thinking
Bey: Thinking what?
Solo: We were thinking that since we are having a baby soon, and getting married even sooner we should move out.
Jay: You know yall don't have to. There is plenty room here, and yall know yall can stay as long as yall want
Solo: We know Jay, we just feel like since we are adults its time to try to do things on our own. With the money Daniel makes working with you, we can afford to still live in New York and survive pretty well.
Jay: I understand. I respect yall for being mature enough to take on responsibilities together.
Daniel: Thanks man. Im excited. We haven't looked for anything yet. We have just been talking about for a couple weeks and we think its about that time. We just wanted to see what you and Bey thought about it.
Jay: I think it's a good idea man...yall seem like yall got it all figured out.
Solo: Are you ok Thu Thu?
Bey: *sad tone* Yea, Im fine. Im gonna go to the bathroom *goes upstairs*
(Bey)
*sits on the bed and cries* She is so grown up now. I remember when I taught her how to ride a bike without training wheels. She cant move out. *knock on the door*
Bey: *wipes eyes* Come in
Solo: *comes in, closes door, and sits* Whats wrong Thu?
Bey: *fake smile* Nothing Im fine
Solo: Girl please. Out of all people you know I know you the best
Bey: That's true
Solo: Now tell me whats wrong
Bey: *sighs* Its just starting to hit me that you are all grown up now. I was just teaching you your ABCs yesterday *laughs* Im just, idk...im happy for you, but at the same its hard to see you leave the nest *laughs* now I know how Ma and Dad was feeling when we both left the family house.
Solo: awww Thu, don't make me cry. Believe it or not, its getting to me too. That's whats wrong with me, well other than the baby kickin my ass. I cant believe me and Daniel have come this far. On one side, Im not ready to leave the nest, but on the other hand, Im ready to start my life with Daniel. Everyday I look at you and Jay and Jr and think wow I cant wait for me and Daniel to be like that
Bey: *smiles* I love you Solange *hugs her* Promise me you wont move too far away
Solo: I promise
