"Y/N!"  Ganondorf was immediately at your side in less than thirty seconds examining your form closely. Relief spread through him as he noticed your steady breathing and felt your pulse. "Oh, my dear sweet queen I hope I did not overwhelm you," the Gerudo King lifted you into his strong arms and carried you to his bed. There he gently laid down upon the mattress drew the covers around your body and even tucked you in. Ganondorf sat at your side caressing your cheek with his fingers. He was reminded of a memory long ago when you had fallen ill that had left you bedridden for weeks. It brought a warm feeling to his heart for it was at that time did he realize his true affections for you. "Rest Y/N, I shall watch over you as you sleep."

Meanwhile, you felt your spirit drift off to a faraway realm, almost as if this were a familiar sensation. A beautiful melody filled your vulpine ears being played upon a lyre. You slowly opened your eyes only to be standing in a circular chamber with golden light streaming through a window. The light shined bright upon a magnificent sword driven deep within a pedestal. Your e/c eyes blinked in surprise as you seemed to recognize this weapon. In one of your deepest memories, you had once wielded this sword to destroy a great evil. Standing beside this sword emerging from the light stood a glorious woman with sunshine-colored hair, a set of magnificent wings, and a golden lyre. Her bright blue eyes stared reverently towards you. Silken robes of pure white were wrapped around her figure. "Greetings my beloved Guardian."

Wasting no time you immediately sank to your hands and knees then bowed your head to the floor. "My Lady Hylia," you whisper. "It has been many a century since we last met." The Goddess came forward on silent steps her smile never fading. "Rise Y/N there is no need for such humility in my presence." You obeyed slowly rising to your feet. Hylia gently embraced you tightly. "It has indeed been too long since our last meeting. You were gravely injured during the war of the skies and so I left you to recover in a forest sanctuary. I apologize for not returning to you sooner as you can see I was delayed," Hylia whispered softly. You hugged the Goddess grateful to be reunited with your mistress and creator. Hylia's gaze then became serious. "There is a matter we must discuss as there is not much time."

Your ears perked up as your tails twitched back and forth. "Though your valiant efforts to seal Demise were successful I am afraid the cycle has yet to be broken ...," Hylia said grimly. "His shadow lingers over the Great Sea and within the submerged lands of Hyrule." A memory of you plunging a sword deep within a demonic monster's skull came to mind followed by his imprisonment in the Sacred Realm. "Demise remains a threat then," you simply stated. Hylia nodded in acknowledgment.  "Yes, a servant of his is attempting to corrupt the free mind of Ganondorf to bear Demise's evil soul once more."  Your e/c orbs narrowed in shocking suspicion. "And why would King Ganondorf allow such a thing?" Hylia sighed deeply. "Ganondorf believes in restoring the full Triforce to bring Hyrule above the seas once more so that he may provide a haven for his beloved wife. Alas, the servant at his side has ulterior motives. He intends to capture the Triforce to resurrect the land of Hyrule and bring back Demise as its  ruler." Your jaw parted in disbelief. "Therefore replaying the cycle of the Evil Realm to which he was originally sealed to," Hylia concluded.

A pang struck deep within your heart at the very thought of losing Ganondorf so suddenly after your reunion. "What must I do Hylia?" you asked determinedly making eye contact with her. "First you must seek out the King of Red Lions, he shall lead you this blade known as the Master Sword," Hylia said gesturing to the sword at her side. Afterward, you must reawaken two sages, one of Earth and one of Wind, then, at last, gather the broken pieces to the Triforce of Courage. Reassembling the Triforce shall also restore all of your lost memories. Then you must convince Ganondorf to abandon this act and destroy this servant of Demise." You sighed heavily realizing the tasks before you were quite daunting. "I cannot do this alone Hylia," you whispered. Hylia smiled sweetly at you. "Fear not you shall have aid from a friend. Now I will return you to the surface to a destination where your friend has been cast to by Helmarock King. Before you go though take this lyre it shall lend you strength in your upcoming travels." She handed you the golden lyre to which you accepted gratefully. "I will always watch you Y/N allow the Three to be your guides in times of need." Hylia's voice echoed all around you as a bright light swallowed everything in view. In just a few short seconds you awoke in bed with a start however you were not within Ganondorf's chambers.

A/N: Happy Tuesday everyone. Hope you are having a splendid week.
