What the heck Mabel?

Mabel didn't talk to me for 2 days after that. She ignored me, tried to make me feel like a stranger and gave me evil glares every once in a while. I felt guilty for ruining her date but at the same time, I felt like I was doing the right thing as both me and Vilola now know he is bad news. The guilt overpowered me every time Mabel didn't speak to me or when she ignored me. I kept saying to her: 'Me and Vilola were only trying to help you! We care about you too much to get involved with him!' I must have said it about 15 times before she replied with: 'Dipper! Just because your feelings are a mess doesn't mean you can take over and control mine!' I had never seen her so annoyed with me so I know I should stop and give her some space for a while until she's ready to come talk to me.

Dinner was really awkward, sitting around the table in the mall café, no one speaking to each other, not even Stan or Soos, only me and Vilola. 'This isn't right at all! Mabel is never like this. That Gideon kid has really got to her hasn't he?' I whispered into Vilola's ear, feeling really worried about Mabel. Vilola slightly nodded in agreement, trying not to grab any attention from Mabel. Mabel sat at the table, holding a spoon for her soup, staring horrifyingly into my eyes. I didn't want to say anything but I was so terrified I blurted it out. 'Can you PLEASE stop staring at me like that?' I shouted, making the room fall silent as I stood up out my chair and put both hands on the edge of the table. Just after I'd said it, I put both hands over my mouth. I looked around the room and everyone was staring at me as I sat down in embarrassment.

Mabel looked really angry with me now as she stood up and shouted 'What are you going to do about it huh? DIPPER?' 'Mabel, sweetie, please sit down and stop causing a scene!' Grunkle Stan said, who was finishing his spaghetti bolognese. Mabel looked at Stan and flipped the table so far into the air, it went to the other side of the mall. 'Are you going to tell me how to control my feelings now are you Stanford? Or you Dipper? Because I could say something about the both of you!' She shouted, looking so furious I thought she was going to explode. 'Mabel stop embarrassing us please everyone's staring!' Vilola added, standing up and trying to get Mabel in her seat. 'I guess I will start with you then Vilola, let's talk about your feelings then!' She said, shoving Vilola over with a smug look on her face. 'Where to start though...hmm...should I start with when you first met back up with me and first met Dipper?' She said, leaning over Vilola. 'What are you talking about? I'm sure there's nothing to tell.' Vilola said, pushing Mabel away and folding her arms. 'Well I'm sure you won't mind me telling everyone the story then!' Mabel said, poking Vilola in the face for...no apparent reason actually.

'When 13 year old Vilola Fenix arrived back in Gravity Falls Oregon...' She started, making me not sure where this is going. '...she met back up with her best friend, Mabel Pines and her COUSINS, Wendy Corduroy and Robbie Valentino...' Mabel added. (Robbie is Vilola's actual cousin but Wendy isn't actually related to Vilola in blood, they are step-cousins as I figured out later on.) '...She thought Mabel Pines was an only child. She didn't realise that Dipper Pines existed until Mabel Pines introduced Vilola Fenix to him. But what Dipper Pines didn't realise was that after a few months had passed, Vilola Fenix and Dipper Pines had become real great friends and Vilola Fenix had settled back down in the Mystery Shack, Vilola Fenix developed a little bit of a cr...' She was interrupted by Vilola putting her hand over Mabel's mouth, laughing sarcastically. 'Mabel what are you trying to do here?' I asked, as Vilola let go of her mouth. 'Trying to prove a point that if you mess with my relationships with people, I will wreck yours!' Mabel replied, with an evil smile. 'ANWAY...' She said, right in Vilola's face. '...I will carry on with my lovely story...Vilola Fenix developed a little crush on her new found friend Dipper Pines!' She said, smugly. 'Did you hear that everyone? VILOLA FENIX HAS A CRUSH ON DIPPER PINES!' She shouted, making Vilola so embarrassed, she left the table, covering her face. 'But that's not all folks! DIPPER PINES HAS AN EVEN BIGGER CRUSH ON VILOLA FENIX!' She added, making me run from the table, after Vilola.
