Yuqi's POV

"Yuqi?" I felt my boyfriend hug me. "What's wrong?"

"Nothing Lucas," I whispered.

"Cleary there is something wrong if you don't want to cuddle before sleeping," he rubbed my sides.

"I just....found some old memories today," I teared up.

"Oh?" He sat up.

"My first boyfriend," I gulped. "He was stricken with an illness. I could only see him for so long before I would be exposed. The last days I spent with him were me crying and wanting to kiss him but I couldn't."

"What happened to him?" Lucas furrowed his brows.

"I don't know," I shook my head. "My family moved because my dad had a job opportunity in a big city. I had to leave him behind."

"It's okay Yuqi," Lucas kissed my cheek. "I bet he's okay."

I nodded before closing my eyes. Lucas held me tighter.

"I love you Yuqi," he whispered.

"I-I love y-you too," I mumbled.

"Honestly Yuqi you should go visit him," Cheng Xiao nudged me.

"What about Lucas?" I sighed. "I love Y/n a lot but that doesn't mean that I didn't love Lucas."

"I think you need to visit Y/n anyway," Mei Qi patted my hands. "Besides, I bet he's sexier than Lucas."

"What if I don't want to leave Y/n again?" I gasped. "I remember promising him that if I found him again, I'd never leave his side."

"Well," Cheng Xiao smiled. "You have an out."

"That's not funny," I scoffed. "What if I hurt Lucas really bad?"

"Does Lucas know you've already booked a flight to Y/n's city?" Mei Qi raised an eyebrow.

"Of course not," I sighed.

They began laughing.

"Well that is on you Yuqi," they pinched my cheeks. "But we have to go."

They got up and left making me scoff. I looked down, seeing my bracelet.

"I'm coming for you," I whispered.

"Wait you're really going?" Lucas scoffed.

"I need to," I packed my bag slowly with clothes.

"You don't need to Yuqi," Lucas sighed. "He's a grown man now if he's alive. He doesn't need you."

"That's if he's alive Lucas," I huffed. "Do you hear yourself?"

"I'm your boyfriend Yuqi," he started getting defensive. "And you're my girlfriend who wants to go meet another guy. That's not right."

"He was my first everything Lucas!" I lost my temper.

"Fine," he stood up. "I'm going with you."

"I don't need a babysitter," I grumbled.

"You clearly do if you think you're going alone," he went into our closet.

I scoffed before putting one more pair of socks into my bag. I zipped it up then left the apartment.
