HOME SWEET HOMETsukishima Kei appeared on the basketball court, presumably desiring to come back home with the man. He noticed a large number of students, mostly females, who were watching the game, or should he say the student council president. It irritated him; he isn't envious...nah...nu-uh.
Tsukishima stood there watching as the violet-haired man fanned himself with his jersey, revealing his well-defined abs...damn daddy. Uh...what? Tsukishima blushed a little.
"Kei-kun!" The student council president called, jogging enthusiastically and waving his hands at Tsukishima. 'Can't he at least not scream or something?' With a faint pink hue on his cheeks, Tsukishima pondered as he watched Kou stopped in front of him.
"Did your practice finished already?" Kou asked as Tsukishima gave him a curt nod. Kou then tiptoed brought his hand to touch Tsukishima's forehead, he saw him stood motionless.
"Are you sick, moon?" Kou asked softly to which Tsukishima brought his hands to Kou's head and pushed him away when he noticed Kou's face was getting too close. He's having a heart attack right now.
"Stop that squirt," Tsukishima said as he rubbed his cheeks to ease the blush. "The practice ended early, and of course I'm here to walk with you..." Tsukishima's voice became quieter in the last sentence, but Kou was able to hear what Tsukishima said.
"Okay, okay wait here." Tsukishima stood there watching the third year return to his teammates, nodding as Kou collected his gym bag, which was still attached to his jersey, and headed towards him with a smile.
"Come on, Kei, let's go to my house," Kou said, his lips twitching upward slightly as he glanced at the male. He chuckled to himself, knowing that Tsukishima misses him despite his silence.
He was amused by his lover's tsudere behavior.
Nobody spoke as the two began walking in quiet. The environment wasn't unpleasant; in fact, it was comfortable. "Did you enjoy the bento I made for you yesterday?" Kou inquired as the megane nodded, his cheeks flushed scarlet.
Kou hummed, reaching out and intertwining his hand with the tall male's. The blond stiffened at first, but gradually relaxed. The two arrived at Kou's house shortly after, with Kou opening the door with his key and Tsukishima following quietly behind.
The walls were painted a soft peach tint, and picture frames (mainly Kou's younger self) hung on them. Across the flat tv screen, the sofa was a soft grey tint. Everything appeared to be in order. Tsukishima then took off his shoes and replaced them with an indoor flip flop that Kou had given him whenever he stays at home.
"Make yourself at home, Kei, I'm going to take a shower." The third year said before heading to his room, while Tsukishima sat down on the sofa and turned on the television.
Kou, who was dressed in a white simple tee and grey sweatpants, completed soon. As he made his way downstairs, he saw Tsukishima choose a show to watch. After that, Kou goes to the kitchen to get some snacks for the two of them.
Tsukishima cast a peek at Kou, who was holding some snacks and placing them on the table. He perked up once he saw his favorite strawberry shortcake. At the table, there were also some popcorn and drinks.
The violet-haired teen chuckled as he sat down next to Tsukishima who immediately grabbed the sliced cake that he had cooked the day before. "Eat up, moon," he said as he watched Tsukishima eagerly eat.
They sat peacefully watching the movie, enjoying each other's company. He observed the blond trembling in the cold at that point. Kou snatched the folded comforter from the sofa's handle and wrapped it around Tsukishima and himself.
"Are you going to sleep here?" Kou spoke as he wrapped his arms around the blonde, hugging him. Tsukishima looked up to see the male smile at him and give him a peck on the nose. "Yeah...I already told the old hag," Tsukishima said, raising his eyes to the male who grinned and kissed him on the nose.
Tsukishima mumbled as he pressed his head into Kou's chest, unable to glance back with his crimson face. This made Kou laugh. "You're too cute, moon." He said which he received a groan and felt the Tsukishima's arms tighten.
"S-shut up Kou..." said Tsukishima, his voice muffled by Kou's clothes. Kou laughed, recalling the moment where the Tsukishima Kei confessed to him and called him an idiot. He was caught off guard by the sudden outburst, when Tsukishima yelled at him.
"I...I l-like you...you idiot!"
Nonetheless, he love Tsukishima, even he appeared to have consumed a barrel of salt. "You know...it was lonely here," Kou mumbled, leaning his head against the sofa's handle, prompting Tsukishima to lie down on top of him. The two had already forgotten about the movie that was still playing.
"I'm glad you're staying here tonight." Kou said with a smile. Tsukishima taunted, "I merely stayed here because I don't want the shorty to get scared." Kou just stared at him blankly. "You do realize your teasing has no effect on me, do you?" He said, which Tsukishima tsked.
However, Kou was correct.
