(to those who have read the first bio of this book, which is quite a plot, I revised the flow of the story so you won't loose interest :) )
Logan's POV
"hey mom, how's your time?" I ask, trying to be energetic.
"uhh, it's fine. Can't you notice something new?" she grins. What else could be new? She got that new, I mean wider smile, she smells cool, but she always does. I scan her appearance from head to toe. Should I say toe to head? Coz I began from her feet. I notice that she got a new nail color which is white with back spots and oh!
"you got a nice hair mom!" I complement her with a matching grin as I noticed she got her hair curled.
"thanks hon. I got it done with my friend Olivea" she says. Ohh.
"that's cool" I say again as I remember Alex. There's nothing I saw for me to be reminded about her but I just remember her. Wait, is she fine? How is she doing?
"mom I got a new friend. She just moved here this morning, a few blocks away, next to Allie's house I think and I like to give her a tour in our village." I finished breathless.
"a girl?" mom asks with narrowed brow.
"how'd you know?"
"well, when Jake moved here and I asked you to give him a tour, you refused. Possibly a girl" she laughs. I remember that. I just didn't know it'll be this obvious. Well, I don't want mom to think I got another intentions so I just nod.
"so can I?" I charm
"and who told you you can't?" she answer me back with another question and my blood begin dancing the moment I realized she's letting me do it. I hug mom before rushing outside and when we moved apart, she said "just let me meet her sooner" in chuckle.
Without my brains command, I'm already outside. What does she just say? Did she noticed that I like her?! Is it that obvious?! I don't think it's wrong tho.
Alex's POV
After discharging all my things, dad decided to buy me foods and stuffs and told me to spend my time to adjust while he's gone. This is hell. I wish I'll have even just a friend to stay with me. It's unbelievable. The house is good. But no good when you're living all alone. It's covered with a light, lighter than light brown and has been surrounded with breakable yet beautiful stuffs and a lot of paintings are hung on the wall. Though it looks odd, it's beautifuly beautiful. When you enter the house, there comes the living room with two couches aligned and the other two made the position square and there is the big flat screen TV sticked on the clean wall with decorations on the lower parts. Antiques can't be missing in an old house. When you look left, there is the long wooden but beautifuly polished and carved dining table with a set of chairs. There's also a door in there which I'm guessing is the dirty kitchen. Now I'm feeling lonely that there's only one chair that is going to be occupied 'til the next more years. Wait, did I say years? It's not that I'm going to stay here for more years. No way. Just one is more than enough. When you look straight, there is the hallway and the stairs is hidden. From here tho. Because when you walk a little further, you can see the wooden stairs, again, with the beautiful paintings hanging on the wall with the fake plants on a pot placed in each stairs. It's been hidden by the wall. Unbelievable. This house is covered with dusts and smells so old too. I think all the furnitures here were wood. Except the couch. Thank God there's a couch. I made my way upstairs and there's a hallway with four doors. I think the first floor is old fashioned but here, this is what I call house. I reach for the knob of the first door and I'm surprise it isn't locked. I slowly open it and I really expected it to produce sound like creak or squeak or something but there's none. It flawlessly revealed the bright look of the room. It's wide enough and good enough for me. It has it's own TV also installed in the wall with a cute little table under it. A place to place the DVD I guess. Ohh and also the CD's. I can tell as I walk closer to it and it's dustless. I think this room is really prepared for me. I scan the available CD's and I saw horror movies with some comedies and romance thing. How could they ever think I'll ever watch a horror movie alone?! In this old creepy house?!!
