As soon as Gojo Satoru heard of the situation that had played out from the Detention Center, he quickly rushed back to Tokyo. To his dismay, he had lost a student, two of his other students were injured, along with his lover- who was unconscious.
He made sure to check on his students first before checking on (Y/N), knowing he was going to stay by her side for the rest of the day, maybe even the week. Satoru stood in front of the sliding door that would lead to your hospital room, "What are you doing just standing there, Gojo? I thought you've already seen her by now." He heard a voice coming from behind him, but he only kept silent staring at the door that was separating him from seeing you. Shoko interrupted his thoughts, as she gave him a gentle pat on the back.

"Right now, what (Y/N) needs the most is for you to be by her side during this time, especially since she just woke up a couple of hours ago. You wanted to see her earlier, don't be a pussy now and get in there."
He nodded at her words, as he mustered up the strength to slide the sliding door and there he was met with your sleeping stature. He closed the sliding door behind him quietly, making sure he wasn't disturbing your rest. After he reached your bedside, by the window, he grabbed a chair nearby and scooted as close as he could by your bed.
Satoru then reached his hand up to tuck some of the strands that were on your face behind your ear, enamored by your facial features. You still had some bruising here and there, some scratches, but nothing that he knew your cursed energy wouldn't fix once you got some more rest.
