Hoseok POV

Why? Why are fangirls so crazy?

All I wanted was one little vacation with my sister and my dog. Just one. But no. It has to be ruined by psychotic teenage girls.

"Look out!" I hear someone shout as I crash. I only stumble a little, but whoever I crashed into got knocked on the floor: a girl with h/c hair. "Smooth move, Dorkahontas," she mutters.

"Sorry!" I say quickly before continuing to run. At long last, I make it back to the hotel room, where Jiwoo is sitting on one of the two beds, sketching out a new design. Toy Story is playing on the TV.

"You good?" she asks, not looking up from her sketchbook.

"Fangirls," I answer, flopping down on the other bed. I've barely taken a breath before I feel a set of paws on my chest and a tongue on my face. "Yes, Mickey, I missed you, too. Who's a good boy?"

He barks in response and lays down on my chest, head on his paws. Guess I won't be moving anytime soon.

Jiwoo looks up at me, eyebrows knit, and brushes my hair aside to inspect my temple. "What's this?"

"Uhh...my head?"

"No. The bruise. Is this a turtle?" I wince as she presses her fingertips against the spot.

Oh. I must have gotten it when I crashed into that girl and her friend as I ran from the bloodsuckers—I mean, fangirls. She and her friend each had some kind of instrument cases. I probably accidentally collided with one of the cases.

"I, uh, crashed into something as I was running from fangirls," I say. Jiwoo doesn't need to know that I actually powered through a pair of girls like a linebacker.

"Did you at least help the poor girls up?" she asks. I press my lips together and look away, an embarrassed blush rising on my cheeks. "You didn't, did you? When will you learn?"

"Eventually."

Y/n POV

What was with that guy, running over me and Alisha like that and only giving a half-assed apology? And why was he running like fire was chasing him?

"AAAAAAAH! THERE HE GOES!" comes a squeal. A stampede of girls all wearing shirts for the same boy band come running through, completely ignoring Alisha and I. What the hell?

"Are you guys okay?" my friend Delilah asks.

"Fine," I groan as she helps me up. "Where's Shelly?"

"Getting room keys," Shelly says, holding up four cards. "And...our schedule. So let's unpack and then set out our cases and beg like street performers!"

We find our hotel room and get settled, changing into our all black uniforms. I add a black dahlia pendant and a matching pair of earrings and to finish the look, style my hair into an elegant braid crown. Instruments in hand, we leave the room, only to run into a familiar face. Well, not exactly. I do recognize the bruise on his temple, despite him keeping his head down. It's the same shape as the sea turtle keychain on my violin case.
