What now?

Momos pov:

I watched as Jiro went to sleep. "Somethings up with her, you guys can tell too cant you?" Mina asked us in a whisper. "Its probably the whole being in another universe thing" Toru whispered back. I hummed in agreement still looking over at her. "We could see how she is tomorrow and then ask her" Uraraka suggests. "That's sounds like a good idea" Tsu says leaning on Uraraka whilst yawning. "Its getting late, I think we should all go to sleep" She suggests standing up. They all walk to there own blankets as I continue to space out, after a while I stand up and walk over to Jiro and hug her. I buried my head in her neck as I hugged her. The others all said their quiet goodnight as I stayed awake, thinking about if we would ever get back. I quietly started crying, pushing my head further into the crook of Jiro's neck. I stayed crying for a while until I fell asleep.

Momos pov still:

I woke up to see the other girls all awake and the gems awake. I squeal in surprise and cover myself more with the blanket. I hear a familiar laugh and then someone pulling down the blanket. I look up to see Jiro smiling until it turns to a frown. "Is... something wrong?" "Um, can I talk to you outside?" "Of course" I say getting up still hugging the blanket. "Are you taking that with you?" "Yes" "Alright" Jiro said walking to the door. I follow her and we walked out and sat down on the seats. "So... what did you want to talk to me about?" "Its just you looked like you had been crying, I wanted to ask what was wrong?" Jiro asked grabbing my hand. I looked down at the ground thinking about what I had thought about last night, I started crying thinking about it. "Its just... what if we dont manage to get back?" I say looking up at her. She saw is was crying and quickly got up and hugged me. "Its ok, im sure well get back and if we dont I'll always be here for you and so will the girls" Jiro whispered in my ear. I kept crying, burying my head in her shoulder as she whispered words of encouragement. After a while I stop crying and hug her sniffling, im still tired so I fall asleep with my arms and legs wrapped around Jiro.

Jiros pov:

I look down at Momo to see she was asleep so I pick her up and carry her back into the main room. "Is there some kind of bed I can lay Momo on?" I ask to the room. "Oh sure, my beds upstairs you can use that" Steven said smiling at me. "Thank you" I say smiling back before going upstairs. I lay Momo on the bed and look at her face, she looked so calm, so beautiful. As if there were no problems in her life. I smile and kiss her on the forehead before going back down the stairs. "Hey Jiro!" Uraraka says as I walk down the stairs "Sup" I say in response while sitting down. "What was up with Momo?" "Oh um she was just overthinking last night and didnt get to sleep till late" I say in response to Tsu's question. "Oh, what was she overthinking about?" "Um, if well ever get back home" I say looking down, "Oh, well Im sure we will! Mr Aizawa may act like he hates us but he would always look out for us no matter what!" Uraraka says smiling at us. While we were talking we didnt realise the gems and Momo talking whilst walking to something elevated on the ground. "Hey guys!" Momo says "The gems have a mission and agreed to take us as we are training to be heroes" Momo says, smiling at us. I smile back and get up. "Lets go then!" I say walking over to her, I grab her hand as the others walk over. "You guys will want to brace yourselves, also when we teleport dont put any part of your body out the stream" Garnet says whilst looking forward. I nod and we start to teleport, we all get distracted looking around that we forget to brace ourselves. We get there and all of us fall. "Ow" I say sitting up and rubbing my head. "Alright, lets get this over with" Amethyst says with her hands behind her head. She walks to this massive structure and waits for the rest of us before walking in. We were looking around the room when suddenly the floor below me falls. "KYOKA!" I hear Momo shout as I look up, I see all the others looking over the edge. I hit the ground and get the wind knocked out of me, I cough a bit before shouting up "Dont worry Im ok!" "Ok good, well find a way down!" Momo calls back. "What does it look like, kero?" I look around the room to see some platforms when suddenly fire shoots up around them. I scream in surprise as I hear shuffling above us. "ARE YOU OK?!" "Sorry, sorry! Fire shot up and scared me is all, sorry!" I shout back up. I see something moving down so I move out the way to see Garnet land on the floor, holding Momo and Tsu. "Hey" I say smiling at them. "Jesus you scared me" Momo said hugging me as Pearl, Amethyst and Steven jump down holding the others. We looked around trying to find anyway but the only way to get through was to go over the platforms. "Looks like we can only go through, lets do this!" Steven says. "Wait, shouldnt we check for traps?" "How would we, there's nothing here to throw" "I can make something and throw it" Momo says holding her hand out, she makes a few rocks and I take one throwing it. As nothing happens. I threw a few more rocks and nothing happened so I walked forward stopping right before where the fire shot up before. I breathed in deeply and ran and jumped to the other platform. I opened my eyes to look at the others and smile at them as nothing had happened. "Its alright guys!" I shout. Suddenly flames burst up all around me and start getting closer, suddenly im lifted up in the air so they cant reach me, they carry me back and I get slightly burnt from the flames and started screaming and crying. I get put down and cover my mouth whilst someone grabs me and starts shouting. "KYO, KYO, ARE YOU OK!?". I open my eyes to see Momo crying in front of me. I look down to my right arm and leg to see them burnt and Momo looks and gasps in shock. She quickly makes bandages and wraps them around it "That's the most I can do for now, we have to get out of here and get you healed properly ok?" Momo whispers gently to me. I nod and whimper in response as she picks me up. "Alright as you are human, we will look for a way out so none of you can get hurt more" Garnet says walking over to the edge of the platform. She jumps to a different one from me and nothing happens, she continues to jump and makes it to the other end. "Alright that looks like the path, I'll come back and you guys follow behind me, ok?" Garnet asks whilst jumping back. "Ok!" Mina says as Garnet stands in front of us. Momo's grip on me tightens as they start jumping from platform to platform finally making it to the end. We continue to walk as the girls all talk until we make it to a massive room. In the middle was a floating gem with platforms going all around it. "You guys wait here, we've got this" Pearl says jumping up to a platform. Momo moves back and then sits down pulling me into her lap facing towards her. I start crying again and break down as she wipes my tears and whispers supportive things in my ears as I move to cry into her shoulder. I dont even notice the other girls sit down and start trying to comfort me, we continue to sit there as the gems get the gem from the middle and move towards the teleporter. I keep crying as Momo stands up and walks over still saying supportive things in my ear.
