Frankie twiddled her fingers as she stood just outside the Burrow. A bag packed at her feet. Her mind was racing. The Weasleys had insisted on her joining them on their trip to Egypt to visit Bill. Molly assumed that she'd be excited to see Bill, which she certainly was. Just nervous is all, she had told them she was just tired.

"What's the matter, Frankie? Nervous about seeing your boyfriend," Fred smirked.

"Be nice Freddie, she's obviously very excited to see her boyfriend," George joined.

"Oh shut it. Both of you," she looked away from them.

"What are you on about," Ron piped up emerging from the front door.

"Frankie's boyfriend, of course, our older brother Ronald," Ginny laughed coming up behind him.

"You're dating Bill?!" Ron exclaimed.

"Don't be daft," Percy said sharply as he came from the putting his bag in the Ford Anglia.

"Don't be so rude," Ginny and Frankie said together shooting glares at Percy, who looked only slightly frightened by the girls.

"No Ron, they're just teasing," Frankie moved her attention to Ron who made an O shape with his lips.

"Well good, he's too old for you," Ron replied, moving towards the car, Ginny behind him. Fred and George snickered to one another on the subject.

"Shut up," Frankie grumbled.

It took the Weasley's and Frankie about two days to arrive in Egypt they drove through Europe and took a short boat ride. They had met up with Charlie in Serbia, he had been working with his dragons up until the minute he left to meet them. He intoxicated the car with the smell of smoke. Bill was currently working in Fayoum, relatively close to Cairo. He did say that they'd be using portkeys to travel to different work sites. His team had a protected campsite in Wadi El Rayan near the waterfall leading to the Magic Lake. Having driven through Cairo, it was dead silent beside the distant sound of water, birds, and a faint wind. Frankie felt like she had died and gone to heaven when her skin hit the warm air. They had driven the car as far as they could using wizard-protected roads and stations and walked the rest of the way of Bill's directions.

When they hit the end of Bill's direction to what seemed like an empty, beautiful, landscape Mr. Weasley gently pulled out his wand and cast a revealing charm as instructed by Bill. An invisible flap slowly blew open, flashes of a large camp inside. Mr. Weasley ducked his head through, the others heard him cheerfully shout "Bill!" As the others began to walk through they saw Bill rushing towards them.

"Dad," he smiled as he embraced his father. And then his mother, who almost tackled him to the ground. Frankie stopped dead in her tracks, she hadn't seen Bill in quite some time, about a year and a half. She didn't think much would be different, and he wasn't but he had certainly changed. His hair was slightly longer, he had a few more ear piercings besides his fang. What skin was exposed was cover in scars, some normal and some clearly from curses. He had much more sun shining on his skin, he was notably tanner than the rest of his family. His cheeks and nose were pink like blush, but he wasn't blushing. He even had more freckles. But Frankie almost fainted at the sight of his arms, they were bigger, stronger.

Frankie was brought back into reality when she felt Fred pat her on the back firmly and at the sound of Bill's voice. "Hiya Frankie," he beamed. Before Frankie could focus her eyes or reply she was engulfed by him. He wrapped his arms around her. Jesus his arms. He lifted her off the ground briefly and gently put her back down. He smelled of a faint nice cologne, but it was overpowered by the smell of burning wood and plants. And maybe dust. "It's been too long kiddo, I mean look at how big you've gotten! Soon enough you'll be as tall as me," he ruffled her hair.
