The truth. A plan is set in motion. Meanwhile, Cheryl talks to Veronica at school.

Same day

"It's good to see you." Heather said stepping closer to Cheryl.

Cheryl rolls her eyes. "Heather I don't have time for this. My girl is upset. Don't talk to me." Cheryl said angrily getting into her car and drives off leaving Heather upset. 

Cheryl pulls up to the Coroners office, and gets out with Toni. They walk into the building and they sit down in the lobby. 

"Something's off baby." Cheryl said wrapping her arm around Toni's shoulder. 

"What do you mean?" Toni asked looking at her girlfriend.

"Mama Topaz had Yoga class today, she wasn't home." Cheryl said.

Toni frowns. "Shit, that's right. So where's my mother then Cher bear?" 

"I don't know babe, but we will find out." Cheryl said sternly. 

A woman walks up to them. 

"Are you Toni Topaz?" Lisa asked the young teen.

"Yeah, that's me." Toni said with a broken voice.

Lisa nods. "Follow me please." Lisa said.

"I'm putting my phone on recording, and call Tom." Cheryl told Toni as she puts her phone on record, and Toni dials Tom's number. 

Cheryl and Toni follow Lisa to her office, and they all sit down. 

"Where's mama Topaz?" Cheryl asked.

"She's dead." Lisa stated.

Cheryl chuckles darkly. "Who paid you off? Was it Doug Topaz and Hiram Lodge?" Cheryl asked Lisa.

Toni frowns. "Cheryl, what are you talking about?" Toni asked playing it off. 

"Baby, there's no way Mama Topaz is dead, I don't believe that for a second." Cheryl said glaring at Lisa. 

Lisa rolls her eyes. "Why not? The EMT's at the scene said it was her." Lisa said. 

"Hmm, let us see her body then." Cheryl said sternly. 

Lisa stands up. "Fine." Lisa said guiding them to the morgue. They reach the morgue and Lisa Olivia, and pulls her out of the storage. 

Toni looks over the woman's features. 

"That's not my mom." Toni stated. 

Lisa frowns. "What? What do you mean it's not her?" Lisa questions the young teen. 

Cheryl scoffs. "Bitch, Mama Topaz has a serpent tattoo on her left shoulder blade. She doesn't have one, which means someone set this innocent woman up to die. I told you that Mama Topaz was not dead, someone made a mistake." Cheryl hisses.

Toni grabs Lisa by her coat. "Where's my mother you bitch! Don't lie to me, or your body will be here next." Toni said angrily. 

"Look, I was just doing my job okay?" Lisa said in a scared voice. 

"I knew it. How much was Doug, and Hiram paying you?" Cheryl asked taking out her gun.

"I don't know who those two men are, it was anonymous." Lisa said.

"What was anonymous?" Cheryl asked Lisa with a look of confusion on her face. 

"The person who told me to do it." Lisa told them both.
